I had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent, and Anthony at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing all the information I needed about the hotel. The room was spotless, fresh, and very well-maintained. Nothing felt outdated, and there were no unpleasant odors, which I really appreciated! Another big plus was the on-site restaurant staying open late, making it super convenient to grab a meal without having to go anywhere else. Overall, a great experience! I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Oakland!

The Diamond Bar & Grill Restaurant is SO GOOD that it is worth going to, just to eat, even if you are not staying at the Holiday Inn. The atmosphere is great. The food absolutely exquisite. I was pleasantly amazed at how delicious the salmon was grilled to perfection. It was some of the best salmon I have ever had. I will go back just to eat soon. Thank you to Steve and Jose for a incredible dinner.

I’ve been staying here for years and I’m completely impressed with the hospitality and service every time I stay. This evening Anthony welcomed me with a smile and positive attitude. His genuine offer of assistance is so appreciated. Being in the Customer Service industry, I appreciate Anthony’s customer care. His kindness made this stay special. I’ve always been greeted with a genuine, friendly helpful attitude over the years, but the extra kindness tonight made a long day better. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The hotel has updated the rooms over years which I appreciate. The hotel is close to Oakland airport which is super convenient for work.I also appreciate the security available at night and secure parking.

We stayed here for one night before an early flight out of Oakland and had an excellent experience. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were hoping for in an airport hotel. We would definitely stay here again whenever flying in or out of Oakland and would highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced airport hotel.
