    Very bad experience — I would never book a room here again. Our reservation was canceled without our knowledge or confirmation. When we arrived at the property, we were told that our reservation had been canceled and they could not provide us with a room. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after making the reservation in advance and traveling with two kids at 2am to the location expecting a room to be available. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place and will never book here again.

    We stayed here for an overnight before our early flight the next morning. Room was reserved as a standard king, we were given a handicap room. Now: they were not sold out and we booked thru a 3rd party agent. you can put 2 and 2 together...

    Staff were very nice and accommodating. When we entered our room, old linens were in the corner. Could it potentially happen to anyone....sure, but was a bit not reassuring to walk into that. We called the front desk and they immediately came up and removed the items. The rest of the room appeared very clean. We left before breakfast in the morning (5am) and they did have cinnamon rolls out. You can park and pay here!! The shuttle starts at 4am every 15mins to the airport. Stops at 1am. They charge $10 per room for shuttle service. Only 7 people per van. The airport is very close and they drop you off right in front of your airline gate. I don't recall the rate, it's by night and weekly, and weekly plus nights. It is definitely cheaper than the airport. If I have any complaints when I return from my trip, I will update.

    Staff and were were great as was the breakfast ( for a hotel). Only thing I noticed was the public spaces needed vacuuming and straightening up. Would stay again for sure.
