  Good clean rooms. Breakfast was great and hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating however they have limited room service and somewhat lacking but overall our experience was very positive.

  Perfectly located just outside of Yosemite. Excellent breakfast in the morning included. Reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I will be visiting again, when I am in the area.

  I stayed here on Sunday, May 3 and it was a total mistake. We used points for one night, expecting a comfortable stay, but it was anything but that. The noise levels in this building are unacceptable. My pregnant wife couldn’t sleep at all because you can hear everything. Doors were slamming constantly, sounding like huge bangs in our room, and the people walking on the floor above sounded like they were stomping. It was so loud that we had to vacate before 11:00 AM, even though they had given us a late checkout. A late checkout is useless if the room is too noisy to stay in. When I contacted management to ask for a refund of my points, they only offered a partial refund and refused to take full responsibility for the situation. It is very disappointing that a well-known brand like IHG would charge this much and then fail to provide a basic quiet environment or fair compensation when things go wrong. If you value your sleep—especially if you are traveling with family or someone who needs rest—stay somewhere else. There are better properties in the area that actually care about their guests' experience.

  The room was spacious and satisfactory; I have no issues with it. However, my room was located close to the elevator, and I experienced a recurring, though not excessively loud, sound about three times every minute, which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. However, when I inquired if a specific item contained egg, the staff declined to check and stated they did not have a detailed list of ingredients. This struck me as unprofessional.

  There were multiple clusters of dead insects tangled in spider webs on the ceiling of the room. It was extremely unpleasant to see. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, but this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this. Aside from that, the room didn’t appear noticeably dirty, which makes it even more disappointing.
