  We stayed 1night and it was excellent.. slept well and comfortable,, breakfast was amazing Laura the lady was very nice and friendly and very helpful gracias laura Dios la bendiga

  Good visit overall, wierd parking, lots of homeless in the area, reasonable dining opportunities close by, front desk was super kind and offered great dining suggestions.

  The hotel is in a good location, and the staff provided good service. However, the building is quite old, and both the room and bathroom had a noticeable unpleasant smell. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness and odor issues made the stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

  Good location if you are going to Universal as it's a 15 - 20 minute drive. Horrible location if you want to be treated like a valued paying customer as their staff gave every indication they don't actually want return guests. The staff experience really made the stay negative overall

  I have to admit, I was a little concerned about the neighborhood. But the hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was courteous. Room was very comfortable and Parking was great. I want to give a special shout out to Laura, the weekday breakfast server. She was so pleasant and personable. I would definitely stay here again!
