- ABAl BoardmanMay 10, 20265.0Always a great experience staying here. It all starts with a friendly greeting from the front desk personnel. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location is great close to the hospital and also great restaurants and beaches. Faby in the breakfast area is super friendly and her smile is a goodnstart to your day. She goes above and beyond keeping everything clean and making sure there is enough food so nobody has to wait for breakfast.

I’ve travelled for business for many years eating the “free Breakfast” and Faby does an exceptional job. The dining area and breakfast bar were spotless. Food was fresh. Faby wasn’t hiding in the kitchen, she was making sure we all had a great experience

Breakfast is your standard Continental, however it is very well stocked and servers are standing by to help anyone who needs it. Out room is a king, it has a microwave and small fridge. It's conveniently located near restaurants abd Balboa Park.

Nothing more than an eyesore and it looks like it will probably be torn down at some point, just an FYI. Due to traffic, getting in/out of driveway cn be a bit of a challenge during certain points of the day but not terrible. Overall, it's a nice H/I Express and I'd have no issue staying there again.
