- JJJen5 days ago1.0Upon reading reviews, there was a response that indicated a customer was charged for the fire department coming out to the property. It said "The charge applied was related specifically to the fire department response, not a smoking fee." The customer was not smoking and their fire alarm malfunctioned causing the fire department to respond. The fire department is funded by tax dollars. I doubt the business incurred any fees. Also, why is a customer responsible for a malfunctioning fire alarm? I'm avoiding this location due to this response.

I almost never swim in hotel pools because I’m usually pretty picky about cleanliness, but this pool was absolutely immaculate. It was crystal clear and so well maintained that I actually asked who took care of it. I was told Freddy is the one who maintains it, and he deserves recognition. I even saw him out there early in the morning making sure everything was spotless before guests started using it. His hard work definitely shows. It’s rare that I notice or mention a hotel pool, but this one truly impressed me. Thank you, Freddy, for taking such great pride in your work… it made a big difference in our stay!

Its past midnight and there is a party outside my window and i asked to be moved to the other side of the building because i cant sleep and i have to drive everyone im with over 4 hours in the morning and they didnt show 1 ounce of remorse when telling me parties happen and they wont move me because the manager said so. This is the worst hotel customer service ive ever experienced.
- GPgasper premrlMay 7, 20265.0Rooms are cleans and spacious, lovely smell. The parking is free and laundry available to do with cheap prices through Apple Pay. Breakfast since it is included it is way perfect and they are changing it every 4th morning or so. Area is not dangerous at all, however not convenient for public transportation, you do need a car
