- MGMar GSep 4, 20265.0My family and I really enjoy staying here cause of how convenient it is, the staff are amazing, the breakfast is great, the room is modern and clean looking. We had a super long stay last year and a short one recently. Diego is seriously the highlight of my stays because of how welcoming, helpful, and charming he is! He even secured our room on a floor we requested a few days before our recent visit. His customer service and amazing energy is what makes our stays so enjoyable!

But If you drink a lot of coffee They don't have coffee machine in your room You have to walk back and forth from the lobby carrying hot coffee. Some people like to have their own coffee in their room... Shower head water pressure is like a mist really really take long time to take shower My air conditioning unit was smell.

Do your job and make a call to the person/company who paid for the room if you have questions. I was held hostage by the front desk for an hour and had to do their job to show further proof that it was ALREADY paid for. You just lost our corporate account... never again. Never. We will be staying at The Hamptons from now on as they know what to do. So very disappointed with this experience.

- AAAllenJul 27, 20265.0I recently stayed three nights at this hotel during a road trip with my wife and our two grandsons (ages 8 and 11). This Holiday Inn Express is in a convenient location (right off the highway) and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The price is very competitive, especially considering our stay was during the busy summer season. I utilized the washing machines and dryers ($6.25 combined per load), which was very convenient since I was on a two week road trip. The small gym was good enough for my needs. I did not have any issues with parking, which was free and plentiful during our stay.
