  I booked a normal king room and was assigned a handicapped accessible room with very terrible smell. I asked for a room change but was told by the lady at front desk that they’re fully booked and all other guests have checked in, AT 6:30PM, which might be true. However, when I decided to check out and leave the hotel, I saw other guests taking luggage off the cars and heading to the front desk, which has made me realize this whole experience is more likely due to my race as an Asian than just bad luck.

  Friendly front desk staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed. I was very satisfied with what I paid for this hotel. Two minor complaints - the establishment opposite will play loud music till around 10-11 PM and the room service staff started knocking at 9AM in the morning and came back couple of times even though checkout is noon.

  Update: spoke to manager Daniel even after confirming that Jacob gave me wrong information they still get to keep my money because he's NEW. Is that not a training error? Stay here IF YOU WANT TO BE FRAUDED!! Racist establishment. They DIACRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE OF COLOR. Especially Mauricia.This is my 2nd interaction with this business. I visited previously in March. I had an issue then and was given a credit. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt only to be frauded out of my money. At check in I spoke to JACOB. I told him about the issue I was having. He ASSURED me I was only being charged for one room. Me and my group stayed the night. Had a uneventful stay. My deposit and everything was returned to me only for me to be charged the same day for a 2nd room. I was never given or offered a receipt. I called the hotel immediately. Spoke to Jacob who assured me that my problem would be resolved. I did NOT GIVE MY PERMISSION for my card to be used twice. After being assured by Jacob that all would be resolved. I then spoke the Raina the next day (Mother's day) and was told different information. Her collegue Mauricia LIED to the rep who called and she then refused to get on the phone with me. If I was being charged for 2 rooms I could have checked into both rooms. I was not a no call no show. I asked about the previous calls I had with them. I was told the calls aren't recorded and that's fine but I KNOW my check in in the lobby was recorded I was the only person checking in and I asked about the 2nd room MULTIPLE times. I've never had deceptive practices like this used in a booking. I'm so upset that my mother's day is now ruined. They put my account in the negative and I have to deal with the fees associated with that. All for one night and a lack of clarity. If I would have been told that I would not have checked in and they would not have had my card number to use. I would have checked in somewhere else. Instead I was lied to and taken advantage of. So much for my mother's day weekend getaway.

  I had a fantastic stay at this Marriott! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities, especially the pool area, were top-notch. The room was clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.
