  Dirty carpet Said there’s a bar onsite Smoke alarm chirping all night No breakfast Free parking And why is the owners making the staff wear suits when it’s not even a nice hotel. That’s just mean to the workers. I doubt they get paid enough for that

  Bad experience although it’s a clean hotel but they don’t offer much ! Only coffee no complimentary breakfast ! It’s expensive for what they offer ! Wyndham hotel is half the price and they have complimentary breakfast and very clean as well! On top of this the water in jacouzi was cold I told the front desk they’d is t do anything! The worst of all is that they gave us a room in between two walls with no views at all ! They could have went couple of rooms further and got us a room with a view ! I told them to change it they said we are fully booked ! And I noticed that most of the customers had rooms with a view !why ? God knows ! The front desk when I booked the room was asking the clients which floor and chick room do you prefer ???

  I rated this Hotel with a 1 star overall because the customer service was horrible. First of all my family and I (more than 10 of us) booked this hotel location for a funeral we were having out in SD. We have traveled from Northern California (Bay Area, Modesto, Sacramento, etc.) also had other family who flew in from out of state. When we initially booked the reservation the hotel advertised free breakfast. Upon check in we were told that there isn’t any breakfast, as a matter of fact it was one of the many gentleman who said that location never had breakfast. I wish I would’ve got his name but he’s wrong, some of the family members have stayed there in the past (2023 & 2024) for other family events we have had and they in fact did have breakfast. The second evening of our stay my family and I came back to the hotel trying to enjoy the time we have with one one another being that we rarely get to see one another. We hung out near the benched area of the hotel parking lot, came in to use the restroom (it was probably about 10pm at that time) myself and some of my cousins turned to use the woman’s restroom that is in the lobby area of the hotel. We find that the door is locked which was weird to me because every hotel I’ve ever stayed in always has these bathrooms accessible. I walk to the front desk to ask the gentleman I seen there I asked if he could unlock the woman’s restroom. He immediately says “yes of course” I replied “thank you could you open it for me” there was a woman at the front desk with him by the name of Carol. She was extremely rude, cold and had no kind of customer service etiquette. She says and I quote “naw that bathroom is locked down tonight, yall need to go use it in yall rooms” Mind you, the night before my family and I were hanging out in the lobby the evening before, that bathroom was unlocked opened and available to use. After going back out my family was asked to come and hang out in the lobby because someone was complaining about us outside?? We comply, we come into the lobby and Come to find out moments after coming into the lobby we were being apologized to by one of the security guards because they found out that the people who were being complained about wasn’t anyone from our group. That lady Carol was HORRIBLE! Most of the men at that desk wasn’t any better either. It was like the whole building had no AC, the coffee machine was broken, the pool was dirty, and just the energy of almost every person that worked at the front desk. The maids smiled and greeted me and my family when we would run into them. No one at the front desk gave half the energy they (the maids) did. Maybe train your maids for the front desk because at least they knew how to conduct themselves in a business environment that is supposed to cater to HOSPITALITY. All the money that’s expected for one nights stay?? First and last time here for sure. Holiday Inn 6mins away from you guys had everything you guys didn’t. There breakfast was really good! That is where me and my family will be staying on our next visit. Get well soon

  We were in town for a funeral and needed a hotel close to the venue. Overall, it wasn't a terrible place to stay, but if we're ever back in the area, I would probably choose a different hotel. Im not sure where the breakfast option they advertise was, and the front desk wasn't very helpful. We ended up going to Denny's instead. The internet was extremely slow at times, making it difficult to stream Netflix or YouTube. On our last morning, the coffee machine in the lobby was also out of service. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean, which we appreciated. However, the room itself could use some maintenance. There were broken tiles in the bathroom and closet area, the bathroom door appeared to have significant water damage, and touch-up paint was needed throughout. The air conditioning unit was also very loud. For the price, the hotel met my basic expectations, but there are enough areas that need improvement that I'll likely stay somewhere else the next time we're in town.
