  Nice proximity to Napa, rooms and property are ok but not as nice as other Hotel Indigo’s that I have gone to. Went here on my honeymoon with my wife and they gave us drink vouchers and breakfast which was quite nice. No smart tv’s if that is a deal breaker for you and our fridge didn’t really work but was nice to have one in the room and our suite had 2 sinks/ vanities which was nice for getting ready. Suuuuper comfy bed and room got nice and cold so we got great sleep

  Please be very careful before you book a room here. I Booked a room for my cousin’s wedding and this room was completely filthy and the general manager had the audacity to tell me I should have reported it during the stay so they could’ve fixed it. Why would I wanna stay somewhere that originally was dirty when it should have been clean. I didn’t ask him, so is everyone telling the same lie because two other family members have the same issue? I think this was an old best western or something. It smells old and mildew.

  This is our 5th long stay at Indio hotel for business trip. We stayed at room 247 and the bed wasn’t comfortable - made a lot of noises for just slight movements. Besides that the service was excellent. We will come back again but we will try to avoid room 211 and 247

  "A family had a very disappointing experience involving this hotel. While riding bikes on what appeared to be an open adjoining property, several hotel employees and managers came out and told them to leave immediately, threatening to call the police, even though they were not on hotel property and there were no visible trespassing signs. When they asked if they wanted to wait for the police to avoid confusion, they didn’t answer. The interaction felt hostile, unnecessary, and unprofessional. It seemed like instead of basic courtesy, intimidation was preferred. This is not the kind of treatment we’d expect from a hotel staff.”

  Would be perfectly fine but the parking fee is a shameless money grab. The location is nothing to necessitate a parking fee. At that point, it should be baked into the room cost. Stupid decision making by management. Easy way to annoy customers. But…hey…isn’t that what bosses are best at? In response to the management’s response: “A standard part of our property operations” The rooms need to be cleaned. The sheets need to be laundered. Are those added charges? Nope. Because that would be dumb. So is your parking fee. “[the fee] supports the maintenance, security, and availability” Maintenance? It’s a piece of pavement. You know what else requires maintenance? The pool. Is that an added charge? Nope. Why? See above. Security? You literally tell people you aren’t responsible for stolen items or damage. No one is out there watching. That’s not security, friend. Availability? You have an abandoned sea food store next door. I could have parked there. You are also on two desolate intersected streets where I could find ample street parking. Get real. Rating adjusted to account for continued nonsense from this place’s management. 🙄
