  This specific BW location far superscedes any BW I've ever stayed at. The location is amazing and near a ton of food for quick bites. The liquor store a block over has an amazing selection of beverages as well! The hotel staff is always so welcoming, so professional, nice and informative. The rooms are clean and remodeled. The beds are comfortable and the ice machines have never been broken during a stay (this may not be important for all, but is so important to me!)! For the price, you truly cannot find a better deal in Napa! Highly recommend this hotel for your next Napa stay! Also, check out the breakfast spot right next door. This is a local mom and pop restaurant so not the typical big chain freezer food. 5 stars for this place! Keep up the great work BW Inn at the Vines Napa!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Best Western Plus Inn at the Vines in Napa. My friends traveled all the way from Bulgaria to attend the World Cup, and after a long journey we arrived expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, the two employees at the front desk were unwilling to help us and did not want to check us in. The customer service we received was cold, unprofessional, and completely lacking in hospitality.What made the situation even worse was that this happened late at night, leaving us scrambling to find another place to stay. After dealing with the stress and frustration caused by this hotel, we ended up finding a room at a Hilton about 20 minutes away. The difference was night and day—the staff there were warm, welcoming, and took great care of us despite the late hour.A hotel’s job is to make guests feel welcome, especially after a long trip. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. The poor treatment from the front desk staff turned what should have been an enjoyable visit to Napa into a very stressful ordeal. I would not recommend this hotel based on the customer service we received.
