  I cannot give a good rating to this stay. I stayed in this hotel on April 7 through April 14. I made the booking on IHG App and had prepaid the full hotel charges with booking. While I checked in, I was charged by hotel frontdesk for $217.50 for deposit and the staff told me that charge would be refunded after I checked out "very soon". Now 4 weeks have passed since I checked out from the hotel -- I have not received the deposit refund yet. This is frustrating since I had many similiar "depost" charges with Hotel stays or other services, usually the refund will be back in about a week. I had another one night say, also in Holiday Inn Express (San Jose Int'l Airport). Same thing happened -- they charged me $50 deposit for one night stay while I checked in on April 14, and have not refunded it to me either until now. Isn't it too long time for a deposit refund? I am a very long-term IHG member and it's not happened very often during my past stays. So funny they had both happened in my this Bay Area stays on April.

  Very nice, new, and clean room. This hotel is under remodel and the installations are dirty. Breakfast was not working. Location is ok since you have quick access to 101 and you can walk to a 7-11.
