- LCLisa ConleyJun 20, 20262.0The general manager at this location was horrendous. Treated us like criminals from the time we walked in. Gave us the wrong sized room for what we paid for. Gave keys to our room to someone with a middle of the night check in, so they walked in on us sleeping at 1-2am. No apologies either, just horrible treatment.

Then wanted to charge us for a 3rd person even though it was just my husband and me. It was really odd and unpleasant. Dear Owner, your response is bizarre. Your hotel directly called me to confirm my ground floor room. No one in our group requested early breakfast. We never left the hotel before 9am.
