  First off, It would be really nice if they would have listed that there is absolutely ZERO A/C in the rooms!! I don't care that it's on the coast, it gets warm in these rooms. They're solution? Here's a box fan for you. Really?? With the amount of money I paid for 2 days, you're going to give me a freaken box fan so I can circulate the already warm air in the room???? Oh, and the windows?? Those only open a quarter of the way so you can't even put the damn fan in the window!! Good luck trying to get someone at the front desk after 8pm. It states 24hr desk. NO. There's a number you can text, but it's automated. The staff was rude! They looked my wife up and down like she didn't belong here. Totally unacceptable! The guests are some hoity-toity people, too. They all acted like this was their house! I was just trying to get away for a few days and had to deal with these stuck up guests! The breakfast???? Well, let me tell ya. I have been to many BW and have always enjoyed the breakfast. NOT HERE! There is no meats and no scrambled eggs. All you get is cereal, bagels, Belgian waffles (they were good) and here is the kicker----HARD BOILED EGGS!!!! REALLY???? What, am I 80??? How hard is it to pour some scrambled eggs in a skillet??!!!! I paid over 600$ to stay here!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! In fact, after this experience, I am cancelling my BW membership. I stay in a 65 year old motel in Garberville Ca for work on occasion; THEY HAVE A/C!!!!

  Please know that this property has no central heating or air conditioning. A box fan ventilates a warm room whose windows are not allowed to fully open due to insurance risk. Streaming platforms are not available on the in room television due to infrastructure constraints. The complimentary breakfast consist of waffles, cereals, pastries, oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs, no bacon or sausage. Taking a vacation these days for a family of 3 and party of six is prohibitive. We were disappointed that the property has yet to invest in important, modern infrastructure. Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious. The temperature is perfect in the lobby but too warm For our preference in the guest rooms.

  Nice location .The staff were unpleasant due to there noise levels late into the night very inconsiderate to the guests next door (us) this went on for hours before I had enough and told them to be quiet at 2 am

  The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable! The room is right beside an extremely busy road and very loud. There is no air conditioning, so the window has to be opened. They did bring us a fan, because the ceiling fan was not enough. I requested 3 times for them not to make beds, however they were made everyday! Normally that would not be a problem, however I have a double fractured spine & have to pile pillows certain ways to lay. It's frustrating to have them messed with. I asked for extra coffee pods, they gave them to us, but when we came back to the room they had come in & took them back!

  The hotel was excellent, with a very high level of service from the staff. Although there isn’t air conditioning, the fans they provide did the job—and I’m someone who’s usually warm all the time. The only downside was that some of the messaging seemed a bit contradictory. The property states it’s pet-free, but I saw several dogs during my stay. It also has a no-smoking policy, yet I witnessed someone smoking right outside the entrance. Even with those minor inconsistencies, I would return in a heartbeat. The service and overall experience made it well worth the stay.
