  They get 5 stars because of the staff. The property is a little run down, but I’ve stayed here 3 times and will stay here again because of the staff. They are lovely, caring people. I have to stay in the area frequently when I have early appointments at City of Hope. For my treatment I take ice packs with me, that prevent cold sensitivity and neuropathy that is caused by one of my chemo medications. For my first stay I called to ask about the freezer size in the in room refrigerator and we figured out the freezer in the room is too small to fit my ice packs, so the lady offered to store them in the hotel’s big freezer. This week I forgot to call ahead to request that only to be told that they already were planning on doing that because they remembered me and knew I would need this. I am so touched that they, who see hundreds of visitors a week, would remember me and be ready for my unusual need and just take care of me without question. THAT is great customer service. I booked this hotel originally just because they were very inexpensive and had a hot tub. Being able to relax in a hot tub the night before my treatments is good for me mentally. It’s also good for my niece, who drives me, since it’s not safe for me to drive myself after chemo. As a bonus, they always give her a late checkout so she can go back to the hotel after dropping me off, instead of having to follow me around the hospital. The breakfast is very basic, but quite adequate. Toast or bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee or tea. Just enough to start off a day without weighing you down.

  Here is very clean, location is very convenient nearby Highway, provide coffee machine microwave and refrigerator . I’ll come here very often.

  ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE PLACE...!!! The front desk had a real creepy young girl who had a disguting attitude.! She refused service because her little feelings were hurt over nothing. My AAA card said Jim instead of James. Well I told her Jim is short for James. The difference matters not. Why would I have the card if it was not mine.? She felt embarrassed and then refused to check me in over her pathetic hurt feelings....! I am glad that I found a much better hotel down the road. Save yourself trouble and never never go to this place.!

  If you're looking for some privacy in a Little Divi Divi this is the motel for you. And they have a pool so that makes it extra great!

  I love staying here every time I come into town. The beds are comfortable and the location is ideal. The customer service is great also.
