  Horrible stay! From start to finish it was a complete shytshow!!! Worst air bnb I’ve ever booked! No ice on any floor, no one at the front desk restaurant that claims that kids 12 and under is a lie! Restaurant was under staffed so we were only allowed to order one sandwich from the menu when we ate a family of 5 :( for being a holiday inn I was very disappointed with the standards of this hotel and it’s in beautiful Milpitas!! Also pool claims to be heated also a misleading lie just to make listing sound good!!! Also we were there July 4th and what was unavailable??? The freakin roof top!!!! So annoying and disappointing I would not stay here again even if my room was free!!!!

  The girl name Ally the girl that worked in the reception. She was so kind, respectful understanding if I needed help she will try her very best to help us with our room and she’s so nice and the hotel is also great. It’s worth your money. The room is amazing and the people working there are very generous kind respectful I could probably go back again to this hotel in the future🥹🥹🥹🥹

  I had a highly frustrating stay due to noise issues. However, the worst part of this experience was management's shocking behavior when handling feedback. Instead of taking accountability for their own operational mistakes, management became incredibly defensive. Rather than trying to fix the issues or improve their service, they chose to formally ban me from making future reservations simply for bringing up legitimate complaints. If you want a peaceful stay and a hotel team that handles errors with professionalism, look elsewhere in Milpitas.

  Stayed here on an IHG points reservation and was shocked to discover an unauthorized $116 charge on my credit card after checkout. The hotel never contacted me about the charge—I found it myself while reviewing my account. When I called, the hotel agreed the charge was a mistake and offered to refund it. However, despite the inconvenience of having to identify the issue, contact the hotel multiple times, and spend time resolving their billing error, management refused to provide any form of goodwill compensation. I spoke with the hotel twice and even requested to speak with a manager. The response was essentially that because my stay was booked with points, they would not offer any additional consideration beyond reversing the charge that should never have occurred in the first place. Mistakes happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and customer service after the mistake was identified. Be sure to carefully review your credit card statement if you stay here.

  ★☆☆☆☆ Noisy, Dishonest, and Utterly Unapologetic After driving 12 hours, I checked in desperate for rest — only to be kept awake by the guest upstairs pacing for nearly two straight hours in the middle of the night. The next morning, the manager was dismissive and offered zero apology. As compensation, they gave me a complimentary parking voucher — which turned out to be completely meaningless, because I was charged $15 for parking on my credit card after checkout anyway. When I called to dispute it, the staff was just as arrogant as before. A written voucher is a promise. Charging me anyway is simply dishonest. I strongly urge this hotel to investigate the manager’s conduct. Avoid this place.
