  I had such a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites Silicon Valley Milpitas! Jo was especially kind and welcoming, and her customer service really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also had breakfast in the morning, and everything was really good! The staff throughout the hotel provided great customer service and made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Milpitas area. I had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

  Our stay was wonderful! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and everyone in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I came to this Hotel on business and to enjoy my weekend. I was told at check in by Jessica that BREAKFAST AND DINNER were available (No fee was mentioned) After that was told to me, Jessica said PARKING on the property was a $15 fee per night that's all! So this morning I come down to eat breakfast along with a business partner and was stopped and embarrassed by 2 women kitchen employees. They asked if we had vouchers, as I replied what vouchers? We were stopped from entering the breakfast court had to wait while one of the women went to verify if we were staying in the Hotel (So embarrassing) after waiting the lady from the front desk comes over and says my reservation didn't come with the food service as I replied that was never mentioned at CHECK-IN, the only fee that was mentioned per day was PARKING. This was a horrible experience outside of being totally humiliated. Working for any established comes with training and knowing the policies, and unfortunately in this situation either there wasn't proper training or I was racially profiled!

  I really enjoyed my weekend stay at this hotel! When I first arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating. Joanna and Alijah were so sweet and walked me through everything, even though I had a million questions. Once I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean everything was—especially the bathroom, which is always the first thing I check! The breakfast the next morning was delicious as well. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in town again!

  I don't usually leave negative reviews for IHG hotels but this time, I feel I need to get the word out. We lost an ear bud in the bed which prompted us to pull the bed away from the wall. Upon doing so, I found French fries, change, thick layers of dust & hair. If that bed looked that way, I couldn't help but wonder what the other one looked like. Upon pulling that bed away from the wall, there was more dust, hair and a used dried up condom. I pulled the sheets off the bed and found pubic hair and regular hair on the mattress. I then began inspecting the entire room. The lampshades were dusty, the picture frames were dusty and the fridge wasn't fully cleaned. I reported the incident to the front desk who apologized for the incident but told me I needed to contact the GM. I called 3 times and each time, there's an excuse as to why I can't speak to her and no return call. I then asked for a number to go above her and the front desk told me to contact corporate but I'd have to google the number. I created a case with corporate. I told the front desk multiple times, I don't want to have to leave a bad review and want to handle this internally but now I've been given no choice. When you stay in this hotel, pull the beds out. You might find a surprise you were least expecting! *** 9-9-26 since I'm unable to comment after Joanne comment "debunking" what I shared as my real experience, I would gladly post the video of my evidence, however this website won't let me. You also failed to report in your comment that you essentially called me a liar until I told you specific details about your staff member who I shared this information with immediately and only then you shared with me there was miscommunication. I also informed you I felt bad for housekeeping and picked up the room myself. Your staff saw the video and photos. You also failed to share I called numerous times making attempts to resolve this and was brushed off. Fortunately, my dispute with the bank and working with corporate resolved the issue. It is embarrassing and unprofessional the way you spoke to me over the phone and to portray this situation as something other than what it truly was is disheartening. I have since stayed at 2 IHG hotels <holiday inn> and have had no issues so this is an isolated incident. **
