  Our room was clean, the pool was so nice & relaxing, and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. They even purchased floaters for the pool & gave my kids cookies and hot coco. The staff was all super nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

  By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. As soon as we walked into the room, there was a horrible smell. I always inspect the room when I arrive, and within minutes I found a sock under the bed, candy on the floor, spider webs with live spiders in both corners of the bed, stained bed sheets, spiders in the bathtub, contact lenses on the floor, and hair inside the refrigerator. I brought my concerns to the front desk, and the employee offered us a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. It had blood stains on the sheets, more spider webs throughout the room, and hair all over the bathroom floor and pillowcases. When I reported these issues again, the front desk employee didn’t seem surprised. Instead of apologizing or offering a reasonable solution, she told us we could wait another four hours for a different room—even though we had made our reservation more than a month in advance. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for our concerns were unacceptable. We immediately left and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Customer service has been by far the worst. We got there to check in and and even after called the front desk multiple times in attempt to get the person in the lobby to come help , they were no where to be found . The phone rang so loud across the lobby and yet we still waited about 20 min. The manager gave us attitude and kept rolling her eyes with in the first sentence exchanged among us. Breakfast was horrible experience. We came down with our children and the kitchen staff grabbed coffee and sat down starring at us. Every bite , every serving, they made eye contact as if we were stealing from them. My kids told us they weren’t comfortable even after starring back we knew it wasn’t a welcoming feeling . The sheets in the room were stained and dirty. Cobb webs everywhere . Candy and dirty cloths from previous stay were found. Bugs in the restroom as if cleaning wasn’t done in who knows how long. Room service tried forcing their way in 2x even with a sign set outside . Minutes after arriving before any previous experience house keeping attempted to push their way in as my children were changing. We spoke to them asking to read the sign and stop forcing their way in. They made a second attempt even harder after . Needless to say we decided to leave and ask for a refund . They denied giving us a refund for first hrs we stayed there with so many bad experiences but definitely cancelled the following days we had paid. I repeat. Do not stay there. Worst hotel iv ever stayed in and I was a loyal best western member for years

  I have stayed here twice for work. The front desk staff is amazing, helpful and kind. Breakfast is perfect. They also leave to go bags with bagels or muffins and fruit on the counter if you are leaving before breakfast. The beds are comfortable and crisp, white and clean. I can see they are always trying to provide exceptional service and myself and our company will continue to stay here while traveling. Great Job!

  My best friend and I brought my nieces here to kick off the Summer and had a great time! Special shout out to Cynthia at the front desk who was kind and accommodating each time we interacted. The rooms were spacious and clean, as was the pool area where we enjoyed spending most of our time. There's a shopping center across the street which made it super convenient to get anything we needed for our stay-cation. The breakfast options were great, we especially enjoyed using the waffle maker with all the fixings provided as well as the delicious coffee. Will be returning in the future for sure!
