- YFYuan-Tai FuSep 28, 20262.0I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The price was significantly increased during the long weekend, and the room was located right under the breakfast area. Every morning, I was woken up at 7 or 8 a.m. by the sound of people walking and dragging chairs in the breakfast area. The sound insulation was completely inadequate. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly advise against it. Avoid rooms that are close to the breakfast area, as you’ll likely have a very restless night’s sleep.
- MLMl LataSep 9, 20262.0I booked the room online for two weeks, with a specific request of wanting the top floor. I was here for work and was not able to check in until about nine thirty. When I did check-in, I was told that 1) they were completely full and there was no top room available tonight. I would have to be on the bottom floor. I wasn't happy but it wouldn't have been that big a deal if it was just one night. I even would have dealt with it if that's the room I had to have for the full two weeks. 2) They did not have any one room that was available for the full two weeks and we're expecting me to be just fine with having to switch rooms halfway through my stay. The downstairs room they put me in was only available for one night, so I would have to switch rooms the next day and then again a few days later. If I book a room for two weeks, I expect to have that room for two weeks. One could say, well, they did have a room for you for two weeks, but by that thinking they could make me move every night for two weeks. Not acceptable.
