  Nice hotel. Internet wifi is good. Breakfast is standard holiday inn breakfast. Clean rooms. Cleaning everyday. Laundry machines are 4$ per use.

  I stayed here a few weeks ago as a new Diamond Club member and had such a great experience! The hotel is under construction, but everything is looking super nice and the new rooms are great. But the most impressive part was Mary-Anne (I hope that's her name). She was amazing!!!! Due to the Diamond Club, she gave me: Early Check In, Snacks, Upgraded me to a Newly Renovated Room, and Late Check Out the next day!! I've clearly stayed at tons of IHG locations, some of them don't give any perks, some do, but none of them had been as kind and accommodating as Mary-Anne. She gave me the best possible experience and I will definitely be back to this location & have already told a lot of my traveling co-workers about the quality of service here. Once the construction is complete and the rooms are fully renovated, this is going to be a super clean and comfortable place to stay! (It already is, but I believe only the 3rd floor is complete as of late March).

  This hotel is really great! Active renos were taking place during our stay (mentioned clearly during booking), however I felt it was one of the best stays I've had in an IHG hotel. The noise was minimal. Location: convenient. Close to many shops and the highway and community... it's a very nice spot... feels safe! Very clean on the exterior as well, despite the many containers on site. Staff: kind, considerate and they are willing to work to make things pleasant for their guests. Very professional and courteous! Breakfast: tasty as always. This location, the lady working the breakfast buffet makes things so nicely and not overcooked or dry like I've experienced at some other locations. I wish I caught her name... but she's so kind and helpful! Room: it's renovated, and the work to upkeep it too, which is great to see. Not a speck of dust! Comfortable bed to rest in, after a long day. Sufficient seating and a desk. The TV selection was great too. The washroom is equipped with all the Dove refills you'd expect and the shower pressure was great! If I'm ever in the region again, this is my go-to hotel. Try it yourself! Oh yeah... check out their cool new coffee machine. It was put in during our stay!!
