  We celebrated my aunt’s 60th birthday at Best Western Plus in Manteca, and we’re so glad we chose this venue. It’s spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs, and lots of room for the DJ, decorations, and dancing. There’s also ample parking, which made it easy for our guests. The management was very accommodating, especially Raj. Thank you for helping make our celebration special! We’d be happy to host our next event at Best Western Plus in Manteca.

  The people who run this location are heartless. A friend of mine was staying here with her 2 cats and one of the cats got out. Can you believe they will not let her go behind the hotel to look for her kitty. What would it hurt? The kitty is probably at the hotel looking for her. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will tell everyone I know that this place would rather see a kitty get ran over or killed by pretators than to let a 67 year old woman go look for her cat. Disgusting!

  Whenever I’m in Manteca, this Best Western is my go-to hotel. I’ve stayed here more than once, and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the property is well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. When you travel often, it’s nice to have a place where you already know what to expect and can simply check in, get comfortable, and relax. That’s what this hotel has become for me. The location is convenient for everything I need while I’m in town, and I’ve had a good experience each time I’ve stayed. I definitely recommend this Best Western if you’re staying in the Manteca area. As long as they continue providing the same level of service, this will continue to be where I stay whenever I’m in town.

  Horrible place to stay. Linens have holes, mattress had something that looked like blood or feces smeared on it and it was only covered with mattress protector, not cleaned/disinfected. Towels had what looked like blood. Hot/cold shower water mislabeled, broken shower nozzle piece with sharp edges, house keeping is basically non-existent when requested. We left 1 day early, not knowing if we will be refunded for that day and went to Staybridge Suites in town 100% better.

  Got into the hotel around 9pm after a long drive during the day. The front desk staff was polite and helpful with the check in process, and acknowledged our membership. When we got to the room we noticed the tub faucet had a steady stream leak straight down the drain. Then later in the night the toilet wouldn’t flush. I took our dog to the pet area which was covered in rock material, not easy to clean up after your pet, and I’m sure on hot sunny days it’s uncomfortable for the dogs to walk on. When we turned in to bed, our room was an upper floor facing the freeway. The constant sound of cars , trucks, and extra loud motor cycles was very annoying all night long. We were only going to be in the room for about 6 hours because we had to leave very early in the morning so I really needed a good sleep which I didn’t get. Made for a really long day.
