- TFTony FranklinAug 4, 20263.0On vacation to visit my daughter nearby. Had to wait sometime to check in as the only English speaking staff was nowhere to be found. The concrete stairs get hosed down with a garden hose in the mornings, and since there was no wet floor sign we didn't know. My wife went down. Bruised up pretty bad but thankfully no broken bones. Now of course there are wet floor signs EVERYWHERE. ..not enough to keep a good lawyer and the pics of my wife's body from cleaning house, but we aren't the litigious kind. Lastly, if you don't want housekeeping to come in at 8am, be sure to put the sign out or deadbolt the doors. Very loud area, but the AC sounds it out. Our room was good. Quaint and comfy.

Otoparkın duvarlarında sadece otel müşterilerine aittir yazısı bulunmakta ancak herhangi bir fiyat veya ücret tarifesi bulunmamaktadır. Giriş yaptığımız esnada otopark ile alakalı form doldurduk ancak bu formda da herhangi bir ücret yazmıyor. Resepsiyon bankosundaki personele otopark için ödeme yapmamız gerekiyor mu dediğimizde hayır gerekmiyor dendi. Ancak 4 gün sonra akşam otele geldiğimizde 6 yaşındaki kızımızla kapıda kaldık çünkü odamızı kitlemişler. Resepsiyona inip sorduğumuzda geceliği 30$ toplamda 120$ otopark için ödeme yapmamız gerektiği ve bunu yapmadığımız için odayı kilitlediklerini söylediler. Uzun süren tartışmaların sonunda online olarak yaptığımız rezervasyonun bir yerlerinde park ücretinin yazdığını gösterip ödemeyi aldılar. Hiç bir şekilde bu otelde konaklama yapmanızı önermiyorum oda temizliği 4 günde sadece 1 kere yapıldı onuda biz söyleyince yaptılar. 1.500$ a yakın ödeme yaptığımız bir otelde 120$ gibi bir rakam için odanız kitleniyorsa müşteri memnuniyeti umurlarında değil sadece parayı düşünüyorlar diye anlıyorum.
