  I bought 4 tickets 4 months before my flying a week before my flight they sent me A mail that my flight changed i said okay was move earlier one hour same flight then i found out they took 300 dollars from my account i called the said that how much they charged for changed the flight i never ask for but the flight was the same number in everything was same i would i would never buy tickets in

  Awful Service! I booked my ticket a month ago, then was sent an email saying that Spirit Airline canceled the flight and gave me an option of a returning flight very late at night. I confirmed that it was ok, then after 8 days they withdraw $25 dollars without telling me there was going to fee. I did not make any changes or cancellation, will never book a ticket with them again!!! Also they hung up the call on me when I asked the reason of charging me $25. They also give you a Booking ID but not the confirmation of the airline

  I would give 0 stars if I could! This company or agency is a complete scam they hit you with the fees and hidden fees before you know it you have lost $443. I purchased tickets for a good price and I noticed I had put the wrong departure date called the agency and they hit me with I have to pay a fee of $295 but when I see that the original airline website is not charging any fees for this because of COVID. I called them and told them why are you charging me this much their sad SCAM excuse is because of agency fees and other fees which to me is A LIE. THEY ARE RUDE AND HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM. A complete SCAM how are they still operating here in the U.S? Now they are stealing from me an extra $150 dollars because the airline changed my non stop arrival flight and I requested to be back to a non stop because that is what I paid for! I called the airlines directly and did this myself I changed the time and flight back to non stop, this agency DID NOT CHANGE IT FOR ME AND ARE STILL STEALING FROM ME $150 DOLLARS! I CALLED THEM TO FIX THIS AND REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY AND THEY ARE REFUSING TOO THEY SAID THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE IT IS AGENCY FEES. THIS COMPANY TOOK 150 DOLLARS I DID NOT AUTHORIZE FOR THEM TO TAKE. I BOUGHT NON STOP TICKETS BECAUSE I HAVE A BABY. HOW DARE THEY STEAL FROM ME? WHAT FEES? I CHANGED MY FLIGHT DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE ITSELF. I am bringing legal action against this company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE A THIN LINE BETWEEN A LEGAL AND SCAM COMPANY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM!!
