  They say we are renovation slowly but who cares, if am paying i want good service. They should explain renovation part before taking money. Please don't look at pictures on website. Rooms are way worst. Loud Sound started coming from ceiling and then we had to move to other room in the middle of night. Food is worst and they have only one server so everybody has to wait for their turn. They should name it a motel. Disgusting 🤮

  After charging me extra without any justification and failing to provide any explanation, as I already mentioned in my previous review, I have now noticed that you charged me an additional €13.80. I am still trying to understand what "breakfast included" means in your understanding of English. This is completely unacceptable. Your service is a disgrace. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with an email address so I can request the invoice, as this was not provided to me at checkout either, despite me requesting it at the time.

  We stayed here for a quick trip while attending an event downtown and the location was perfect. The lobby is really nice, modern and clean with updated decor. The rooms are a bit worn though, you can see scuffs and scratches on the furniture which was a little disappointing. Everything was clean, just visibly dated in spots. We ordered room service during our stay and the food was delicious, definitely a highlight! The pool was great too, good views and well kept. Only thing missing was a hot tub! Overall a strong four stars and with a little TLC on the rooms this place could easily be a five star experience

  I stayed at Hotel Indigo for three nights. Overall, the rooms were clean, and I had no complaints about the cleanliness. The hotel has a rooftop pool on the fourth floor, but it didn’t really impress me. It also closes at 10 PM, so you can’t even go up there to enjoy the city views at night, which was a bit disappointing. I’ve stayed at other hotels where the rooftop remains accessible even after the pool closes. One thing I did like was the entertainment area with board games, a pool table, and table tennis. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to play ping pong because they had lost the ball and couldn’t provide another one, which seemed a bit odd. Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but I don’t think it’s worth the price we paid, especially since we booked at the last minute. For a similar price, there are other hotels with much better rooftop views and pool areas. I’d probably choose a different place next time.

  I would just suggest checking on the beds when you stay at this hotel. Got back home and a day later I got a bunch of bumps on my body. Turns out it was bed bugs. I got one of the nicer king corner units at the hotel last friday and i cant say I was too impressed considering i paid more to have a much better room than their base. Room was super bare as far as decor and the furniture seemed second hand and a little busted up. The room was spacious and it had a decent view and it was only for a night so I ignored those details but the bed bugs is something I was not expecting even though I always have a fear of that happening at hotels especially in the US,. Wouldnt bother upgrading your room unless you only care to have some extra space.
