- DPDejan Pekić2 days ago4.0Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown is a modern, stylish and remarkably comfortable hotel in the middle of one of the most chaotic cities I have visited. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is clean, and the staff are professional and helpful. The interior design also has considerably more personality than the usual beige corporate hotel laboratory. Prices for food and drinks can be rather ambitious, but apparently this is Los Angeles, where even a cocktail requires its own financing plan. Inside the hotel everything feels organized, comfortable and civilized. Then you walk outside and Downtown Los Angeles begins. Excellent hotel. The surrounding human experiment is considerably less predictable.

Conveniently accessible to all that downtown has to offer if you’re going to a concert, and you can use all the public transportation to LA has to offer from the 7th St., Metro center.. highly recommend

Strong location too (VERY good for accessing the metro). Pro tip - a Bird scooter to the metro takes 3 minutes versus a 15 minute walk
- DDDorothyAug 27, 20265.0I had a wonderful stay at the Indigo Check-in was fast and easy, and my room was nice, clean, and comfortable. When it was time to leave, the valet service was excellent—my car was brought around right away, so I didn't have to wait. This was my first time visiting the city, and I honestly would have been a little lost without the help of a young man I believe was named Nicholas from housekeeping. I happened to be in the elevator with him and asked if he could recommend some things to do around the city. He was very friendly and gave me so many great recommendations. I truly appreciated him taking the time to help me. Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Plus staff is super friendly I was trying to get ahold of front desk but we're not answering so decided to go down As I was walking by I was greeted by a staff member Sonia, I think from housekeeping I told her my concerns and she was able to clear everything for me. I didnt even have to go to front desk no more.
