Hands down, the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.
We chose this hotel for convenience and proximity to rental car returns, and of course LAX AIRPORT. This was the last night after almost 12 days on the move throughout Southern California with 2 children.
When we arrived, we parked in a dark, poorly lit dirty ,parking garage, where a random man was sitting on the curb clearly under the influence.
We trekked a long way with all our heavy bags (taking everything in vehicle with us because the lot did not seem secure). We check in to find that we had to pay over $40 for previously described unsecured lot. Breakfast was not included and the cost of which did not reflect the quality.
The rooms were filthy. The toilet flushing was so thunderously loud and jarring. The walls must be paper thin because we woke to loud gospel music and a televised church service-haha.
The 4 of us had the world's smallest bar of soap to share between us. No joke , the soap was smaller than my thumb.
Really abysmal place to stay. The hotel was advertised in a way that 200% does NOT reflect the actual appearance and experience of the Hotel.
Never again.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn. The check in was great fast & easy. Room was clean & just comfy. The one main thing I really dislike about staying here is the breakfast part. Me & my daughter stayed here because it was close to the event we had in LA. I get the place had a buffet style dine in breakfast, on website it did say breakfast included which was NOT no big deal I’ll pay the 20 dollars, but I wanted to take up to my room to have while we got ready. our event was at 9 am. They had said that’s fine you can, then as I’m serving my plate they tell me I can take my plate but my daughter can’t. Like really why because it was free she is 9 years of age so they said she eats free. That was beyond wild to me. Like I’m going to eat & she wasn’t. You guys really need to be better about how you post on your website for breakfast definitely not included. & also how you have to pay for parking. Crazy. Definitely will be my first & last time.

Hello, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Los Angeles Airport. The Holday Inn was spectacular place to stay during 2026 FIFA World Cup on July 9th and 10th. The food was fantastic as well as the living quarters and Holiday Inn. I would personally like give give a shout out to the Host (Joe) at the main entrance. He was professional, polite, pleasant and vdry accomodating. The world would be a better place with more Joe's in it. He definitely put out 110% in every aspect of his duties. If I have the pleasure of coming to Los Angeles , I would not hesitate to stay at the Los Angeles Airport Holiday Inn, words cannot describe my stay at the Inn. Itwas a pleasure to meet you Joe, you are one of a kind and simply the best!!!!!! Velissa front Desk reservations, was very polite, patient, pleasant, professional and very funny, Velissa is like Joe they are the best and they love their jobs

DO NOT EVERY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
Here is the bad list..
No toilet paper in the room upon check in and was needed ASAP.
$45 a night to park even if you are disabled. I was told by the booking person that parking was complimentary. WRONG
Street parking is available if you have time and can deal with the walk with your luggage.
20.95 for breakfast per day. Not one other property Holiday Inn has charges for breakfast that I am aware of.
Was told last week and refund on the parking was approved, but still no refund. Night front desk guy made himself a manager and was not offically one.
After this I am definitely looking forward to stay at other hotels as IHG has lost out.
I wonder if I will get a return call from either the hotel or from corporate. I definitely will not be putting any money on it.

5 Stars – Exceptional Kindness in a Time of Need
We had an unexpected medical emergency during our vacation when my wife was suddenly hospitalized, forcing us to extend our stay at the Holiday Inn LAX. The hotel was fully booked, and we had already checked out, thinking we’d have to scramble for other options during an incredibly stressful time for our family.
Right before leaving, we ran into Shannon Nichols. She went above and beyond to personally help us secure additional nights in a double room, even though the hotel had no availability. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care turned a very difficult situation into one where we felt supported and relieved.
Shannon’s kindness made all the difference when we needed it most. We are deeply grateful for her help and will never forget how she stepped up for us. The hotel’s location and shuttle were convenient as always, but it was Shannon’s humanity that made this stay truly memorable.
Thank you, Shannon—you are a credit to the Holiday Inn LAX team. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of caring leaders like her.
