  This was the best Hotel we have ever been to All the other Hotels all didnt accept Cash or apple pay because we had forgotten all pyshical cards at our home so we couldny pay with a pysical cardand they even surved Breakfast！So I highly recommend this Hotel

  The shuttle service sucks!!!!!!!! When we arrived at the airport, it took over an hour for the shuttle to even arrive. When it was time to leave ..we were told the shuttle would be there in 3 minutes. And as soon as the shuttle arrived the driver said "sorry I'm about to take my lunch" then the security said it was another coming in 15 minutes....well that shuttle was at the airport and stayed there another 30 minutes!! I had to call an uber....I only chose that hotel because of the airport shuttle....I'm so disappointed.....not to mention my room 323 the door was jammed and I had to get a staff to even get it open so we could get in. It looked so old and outdated and it didn't even have a shower curtain....for $200 a night y'all have got to be for real!!

  If you need a quick stay around the lax airport, it's an ok place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly however the cleanliness of the room is really questionable. The towels had spots on them (some of them red spots) and AC was not clean. There was some hair in the bathroom and noticeable damages around the room. Overall, decent for quick stay with nice staff but definitely not clean.

  Came here for a concert at the Kia Forum just down the road 15 minutes. We walked here from the rental car center which is a short walk away. Hotel is comfortable and it has a nice pool. The area around is okay to walk in but there is a fair amount of poor milling about. No free breakfast. You're on your own.

  This is the most greedy, sleazy IHG property I have been to(and im a platinum member) They charge $45 for parking. They charge you for the same generic breakfast you get from every holiday Inn for free. My room DIDN'T HAVE A MICROWAVE IN IT! I stay in IHG properties all over the country and this is the first i have seen a room without this basic amenitie. There is a Holliday inn express not even 5 minutes away from here where they don't do any of this. Absolutely ridiculous that a hotel owned by one of the biggest chains in the country outside one of the biggest airports in the country would treat its guests so poorly. Do not stay here if you can possibly avoid it, they are gouging you for the proximity to the airport.
