  Location is great next to the Hollywood boardwalk however very loud at night and dirty in general. Valet only. Expensive overnight parking at 45 dollars per night. Breakfast is average for holiday inn not best I've seen from holiday inn. Rooms were ok. Need some updating.

  This is the worst hotel and doesn’t deserve even one star! The customer service is awful someone name Mickey! Was so miserable, grumpy, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and sloppy! The minute I walked she was rude and sadly unhappy person! Who shouldn’t have a job working to serve the public! Then her coworker who claimed to be a supervisor tells me that I can’t stay at their hotel as his coworker didn’t want me there! Not sure what her problem was acting so low and disrespectful! I have traveled the world and stayed in the most wonderful, prestigious hotels and never encountered such low class employee ie micky! And her coworker backed her up for no reason and like a street gang miserable and ruthless! I am not sure if his name was dase I do have to mention Alfonso, who witnessed the ill behavior of his coworker and actually apologized to me and gave me the general manager’s card Corey bouche to contact and report the horrible behavior of Mickey and her so called supervisor, who was abrupt and dismissive Alfonso should be the supervisor not that other clueless person there!

  Super hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, les chambres sont propres et bien agencées. Hormis le voiturier Antonio aimable comme une porte de prison (si ce métier ne lui convient pas libre à lui d’en changer) qui gâche un peu l’accueil sachant que c’est la première personne que l’on voit a l’arrivée.

  The location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a short Uber ride to Universal Studios, making it easy to get around and see the main attractions. While valet parking was expensive, that seems to be fairly standard in Los Angeles. What really stood out was the valet team themselves. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always impressively quick when retrieving our car. The front desk staff were equally excellent. We arrived several hours before check-in due to an early flight and had fully expected to simply drop off our luggage and come back later. To our surprise, they were able to find a room for us right away, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. The breakfast selection was very good, and the staff working in the breakfast area were consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. They also did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well-stocked throughout the morning. Overall, the service we received from every member of the staff made our stay especially enjoyable. If we're ever back in the area, this hotel will be our first choice.

  A home base for music fans Stayed here August 2026 in room 601. Picked it as it's a short walk from the Hollywood Bowl amphitheater. Value for its prime location is good, it's very clean and well-kept throughout, and is very family-friendly. But the best part had to be breakfast, specifically Marieta. She would always smile and greet guests each morning, as well as carry out conversations. Breakfast selection is generally good and as it's complimentary, helps with the stay's value. Only issues are that the fitness center does not have dumbbells / free weights, and that breakfast may not open soon enough for those looking to catch a morning flight. Appreciated staying here for four nights, walking to the Bowl on the final two. Certainly a recommended location for anyone going to concerts at the famed venue.
