  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). After arriving from an international flight from the Philippines, staying here for two nights was exactly what I needed. I booked a suite, and it was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to rest and recover from a long journey. What truly made this stay outstanding was the incredible customer service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize Soufiane, the Office Manager, and Kevin for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to making guests feel at home. Their hospitality made a lasting impression. I travel to California every year, and after this experience, I can confidently say this will be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the Los Angeles area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay near LAX!

  Parking and breakfast included which is rare for hotels nearby. Staff incredibly friendly. Isabel was very attentive and caring. I hope she cares for us next time we come back! Muchísimas gracias Isabel por sus recomendaciones :)

  Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was truly enjoyable, and we would like to extend our very sincere appreciation to Kelvin Del Rosario at the front desk. Front the moment we walked through the door, his warm smile and welcoming attitude immediately made us feel at home, something that ginuinely stands out and isn’t always experienced at other hotels. Throughout our stay,Kelvin consistently greeted us with a smile and always took time to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our visit. Not only I have notice this experience but my husband and children were very happy.Kelvin’s professionalism, friendliness and ginuine care for guests reflects the qualities of an outstanding receptionist. He is a valuable asset to holiday inn express and to other future hotels he may be in. We also want to thank Soufiane Couch for a great service and professionalism.

  Great facility for an HIE property! Parking was easy in mid-afternoon. Front desk service was great. I've stayed in other, nearby hotels before return flights, but I prefer to stay here

  This was by far the worst hotel experience we have had in a very long time. The room itself cost approximately $264 per night, and on top of that we were charged a $100 deposit, bringing the total amount charged to around $364. For this price, we expected a comfortable airport hotel experience. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. From the outside the hotel looks acceptable, but inside it feels extremely outdated. The hallways, guest rooms and furniture all appear old and heavily worn. Much of the furniture was scratched and chipped, and the overall impression was that the hotel had not undergone significant renovation in decades. The biggest issue was the mattress. The bed was severely sagging in the middle in each side the person is sleeping. After arriving exhausted following nearly 20 hours without proper sleep, I managed to fall asleep only to wake up around 4 a.m. with significant back pain because of the condition of the mattress. At 4 a.m. we asked the staff for assistance and were shown two alternative rooms. Unfortunately, one mattress was even worse than the one in our original room, with obvious deep depressions visible even before lying down on it. Eventually we ended up moving into an accessible room, despite not requesting one, simply because it was the only room with a mattress that was reasonably comfortable. As a result, our night was completely disrupted. We slept from midnight until 4 a.m., spent the next two hours moving luggage and checking different rooms, and only managed to fall asleep again around 6 a.m to 8:00 have breakfast and then fall asleep again. Breakfast was very basic and lacked fresh vegetables entirely, which was disappointing for a hotel in this price category. One positive aspect was that the staff allowed us to extend our checkout time until 3 p.m., which gave us an opportunity to recover some of the rest we had lost during the night. We appreciated that accommodation. However, the overall experience simply did not justify the price. In our opinion, this property is priced far above the quality it currently offers. The outdated facilities and worn mattresses made for a very uncomfortable stay. If you are sensitive to mattress quality or need a good night’s sleep before or after a flight, you may want to consider other options near LAX.
