Wir waren vier Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind standardmäßig ausgestattet, waren sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. In unserem Zimmer könnten die Türgriffe zum Bad ausgetauscht werden. Dies war eine etwas "wackelige" Angelegenheit. Uns hat es hier aber an nichts gefehlt.
Das Frühstücksangebot ist okay. Für höhere Ansprüche sollte man ggf. auswärts essen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar nah am Flughafen, jedoch ist das Viertel nicht all zu sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man jedoch nur übernachtet und von dort aus morgens direkt zu Tagesausflügen fährt, ist das vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

We had a absolutely amazing stay here for 5 nights. Every single staff member is so friendly, really made us feel at home. The location was great for us because we did lots of stuff near the ocean. And easy to get around to farther spots like universal/hollywood still. The airport didnt bother us at all. Always found easy parking, always felt safe, and we really enjoyed a few late afternoons at the pool/ jacuzzi as well. Close to trader joes and in & out too which was a bonus. We even really enjoyed all the options at breakfast, I would definitely stay here again.

The WORST thing an airport hotel can have is an unreliable shuttle schedule. I asked three different staff members about their shuttle schedule and they all told me that the shuttle leaves the hotel at the top of the hour. Yet they don’t! They leave sporadically. And no one told me that I needed to call to reserve a pick up from the airport. So what I happened was that I took the shuttle TO the airport to send my mom off. Then I went to the shuttle station shortly after the top of the hour to wait for the shuttle to stop by. If the shuttle leaves the airport at the top of the hour, I will for sure catch it. Yet I waited 15 minutes there and saw no shuttle. I called the hotel and then was told that the shuttle had already hit the airport pick up location around the top of the hour. I ended up waiting 50 minutes to get picked up. During the time, I had seen all the other hotels’ shuttles at least 4-5 times. This is ridiculous. I’m never going back to this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay. The manager, Kelvin, was very welcoming and pleasant. He quickly accommodated us even though we arrived ahead of schedule after our cruise. The hotel offered luggage storage for us while we took a tour the following day and then provided shuttle service to the airport. Our room….and in fact the entire hotel….was very clean and pleasant. A delicious breakfast was included in the morning as well. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely use it again.

I've been calling since last month The front hotel staff been lying to me rude over phone there's a new guy they just hired 6 months ago he talked like a female he's the main one will cut you off real quick and put you on a hole and you were her music for a very long time usually I'll hang up or he'll get back on the phone karmen on vacation or just left there's a female also really smart mouth nasty attitude instead of helping me of my concerns and making sure when I ride the room with spotless and clean and to see where my mail is she wanted to convince me she knows all the times when I stayed at this hotel sometime I wasn't using the IHG I explained to her if I can get the hotel cheaper$ through another hotel chain and through my job for my essential ~ workers I will she mentioned it to me twice try to throw me off from what I needed help with in my mail she hadn't been this evening mention it to me how I want to pay for my hotels that's for me to decide and when I arrived my hotel is already paid for unprofessional and unacceptable 👎🏾I have never had this experience at this hotel usually I'll speak to karmen for the last month staff been saying that she's not There I have a co-workers there and a few people that came there for business they had seen her on the days I called they told me she just left or she on vacation days I called what's told from customers and my coworkers they're lying she's right here I left her two voicemails I haven't received any phone call back and she always calls back One to let her know that I had a Credit 💳 card arrived there and gifts cards from one of my jobs I found out yesterday 5/1/2026 they tried to use the Capital One credit card and the gift cards from Starbucks" & Raising Cane's they used them Unacceptable 😡when I get mail at Best Western Plus or Marriott or other IHG hotels I have no problem receiving it my even my Amazon packages! there was a young girl and a guy that's been getting the phone they cut me off put me on hold for a while I end up hanging gift cards were used already and tried to use the Capital One card I work in Healthcare ⛑️ am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations due to mention specific issue EG lack of cleanliness that I had 2 years ago they were fleas in my room I didn't do a Google review but I mentioned it to karmen because she always treated me nice! or loud noise I noticed every time I come I always have the room two or three days the front desk tells housekeeper to bang on my doors like they're the police and it keeps happening when I come to the door they take off I see him walking down the hall or they act like they can't speak English" I called the front desk or I come down to talk with a staff everyone act like they don't know what I'm talking about I said look at the cameras my room was already paid before I arrive what's the problem my housekeeping is wasn't time for my housekeeping I call and request a certain time I don't know why they do that they just did that recently again in October & November 2025 )2022 is when I started staying at this hotel I have brought this to the attention of the front desk and " Karmen" the resolution was inadequate / not provided for the price point I expected a higher standard of service and maintenance I hope management takes this feedback seriously I'm shocked what I'm experiencing I suggest don't receive mail here I have a reservation tomorrow Way too late to book another hotel also I have plans tomorrow I hope Carmen there' or higher up supervisor well finally reach out to 🤔 me
