After spending a large amount of money on what we believed to be a memorable and effortless trip, we were informed that the hotel was unable to locate our reservation. When we contacted the property for assistance, we spoke with Rosa (Core Agent), who was useless and unwilling to explore further. Rather than providing reassurance or proactively resolving the issue, we were simply instructed to contact a third party, with little sense of ownership or attempt to assist us, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation and price range.
