  Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standard one would expect from a Four Seasons property. The service, however, was very good: the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The food, on the other hand, was a major disappointment. The dishes were completely lacking in flavor, especially the truffle pasta, which had virtually no truffle aroma or taste whatsoever. This is even harder to understand considering the very high prices. Another disappointment was that the pizza oven was supposedly unavailable that evening. This seemed quite surprising for an Italian restaurant of this caliber and left us somewhat puzzled. Having dined at many Four Seasons restaurants, I am familiar with the level of quality usually associated with the brand. The difference here was simply incomprehensible. Unfortunately, excellent service cannot make up for such disappointing food. Based on our experience and the poor value for money, I really cannot recommend this restaurant.

  Отказали в туалете даже после предложения купить напиток В час ночи попросил пустить в туалет. Отказали. Я сам предложил заказать напиток, чтобы стать их клиентом и чтобы меня впустили. Всё равно отказали. Даже за деньги элементарную просьбу не выполнили. Такое отношение вызывает только раздражение. Рекомендовать не буду.

  The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles is located slightly outside of the Golden Triangle. The level of service is simply amazing. The staff knows your name , something about you and the reason for your stay. There is always a staff member when you need their help--from the moment you arrive to the moment you get picked up to leave. I dont know how they anticipate and provide a intelligent solution to all your problems. When you stay here its like you are surrounded by family. When i checked- in , I misplaced my iphone. They helped me locate it searching my parked car and my room. When my phone needed a charge and I realized I had forgotten to pack my charging cord they helped me at the front desk. And after it was fully charged they reminded me later to take it as i went out for the evening. The rooms are truly world class. The size is generous and the design layout and furniture is well thought out. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve experienced. The linens and pillows are top class. The bathroom is well designed with many excellent features. The towels are excellent and plush. The hair dryer is a professional model found in hair salons. The hotel has a complimentary car service which will take you to the Golden Triangle which are the shopping streets Rodeo , as well as the restaurants. And if you need a ride back and it’s not too late, the car is there exactly where you need it. The Hotel has a terrific spa and rooms for conferences which do not feel like a generic large hotel. A perfect place to have a wedding event. The Four Season is extremely safe and well run. You wont find any of the typical faults or frustration here. The staff are polite and extremely professional.
