The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and popular attractions. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the USA and would definitely stay here again.

- FLFAS LNUJun 20, 20261.0Upon arrival, we checked in then we're instructed to either pay $30 for on-time entry/exit or pay $60 for multiple entry/exit. In order to park, you must scan your payment card and then search for a Sonesta marked parking space only, then return to desk and have it validated by giving your plate number and details on the card you used to pay for parking. If your handicapped, you are, "Screwed" There are not enough handicapped parking spaces and the elevator doesn't even function. The amount you pay for a room, parking, and the pain navigating from parking to the desk again is ridiculous. BOTTOM LINE!! FIND SOME WHERE ELSE WHERE YOU ARE TREATED WELL!!

Both restaurants were delicious, offering excellent food and a great dining experience. The pool area is large, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel also features a lovely spa, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A great location with easy access to Beverly Hills. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it

The fridge had a odd smell when I opened it. The electronics were flawed and old basically. However. Pros: Stayed at this location with my cat as a los angeles local while my home was being worked on. Had a wonderful stay, used the room service plenty and the concierge plenty as it was a stay-cation. Extremely relaxing. Nice pool though it is modest sized. The workers make this place what it is everyone is extremely nice and professional. The service is impeccable. Everyone goes the extra mile and even calls you by your last name the whole time u are there. Help with luggage. Willing to give you almost anything you reasonably ask for. Loved it. The massage I had was one of the best I've ever had 10/10 worth it to use the spa ammenities . Very pet friendly.
