  “I had a very disappointing experience with CheapFareGuru. My ticket was rescheduled four times under the claim that no flights were available, even though I checked myself and found that flights were available. Eventually, I was pressured into canceling my ticket, after which I was charged a $75 cancellation fee. Their communication felt misleading, and the customer service was not helpful, especially when it came to handling currency-related issues. Overall, the support team seemed unprofessional and unable to clearly provide accurate information. I would not recommend using this service based on my experience.”

  Most of these bad reviews are complaints about fees and restrictions. Are people stupid? Every single travel website, airline, hotel, etc., has terms and conditions. Do yourself a favor and READ them instead of complaining about issues related to your purchase that you should have known. Again, all of the travel providers have them. I've used CheapFareGuru now four times and rate them with 5-stars as they were considerably cheaper for the flights I wanted. Don't be frightened off by the 1-star reviews by people who didn't bother to read about or purchase the seats/bags/refunds they needed - and then came back to complain.

  Be aware of their scam! I cancelled a reservation within 1 hour of booking and they did not disclose that I would be charged $75 cancellation fee. This is not honest as this should have been stated at the time of cancellation over the phone with their customer service. I then contacted their customer service telling them about the fact that was not disclosed and they would not do anything about the refund. A big scam in my opinion.
