  I never give anything 5 stars because 5 star service is totally above and beyond, and even the airlines can't meet 5 star expectations, however other than just sending the tickets, (had to check in at the gate) they were awesome. Got tickets for a simple trip from illinois to Florida, no frills , no thrills(read :amenities) but thats what I paid for. No hidden fees, no added- on price, 1 carry -on, one backpack, and my 6'5" son was offered the e aisle for leg room.. it was fabulous...

  DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked a flight through the website and they gave me a rate I paid and they called me within 12 hours and said I booked my return flight a month later than it was supposed to be. I told them I was only traveling for three days. They changed my flight and said it was gonna cost an additional 700 dollars. I told them I didn’t booked the flights wrong and I want to cancel the flight. Thomas the person that called me was being rude and told me that I wasn’t gonna get charged for canceling and then hung up on me. Well look here I got my flight refunded and now I have a 100 dollar service fee charge. I will be getting all my money back and not paying a 100 dollar service fee charge.

  Stay away from Cheap Fare Guru. They advertise lower fares by providing misleading information during the booking process. We booked four tickets from Oakland to Cancun through them. To make the fare appear cheaper, they entered our reservation as if we had Mexican travel documents, which resulted in the required Mexico tourism/immigration fees not being included in the ticket price. When we arrived at the airport, we were forced to pay an additional $226.84 in tourism/immigration fees for our family before we could travel. This unexpected charge completely erased the savings they advertised. Be very careful and review all passenger information and fees before booking through this company. Our experience was frustrating and costly due to inaccurate information provided during the booking process.

  “I had a very disappointing experience with CheapFareGuru. My ticket was rescheduled four times under the claim that no flights were available, even though I checked myself and found that flights were available. Eventually, I was pressured into canceling my ticket, after which I was charged a $75 cancellation fee. Their communication felt misleading, and the customer service was not helpful, especially when it came to handling currency-related issues. Overall, the support team seemed unprofessional and unable to clearly provide accurate information. I would not recommend using this service based on my experience.”
