  I had a very positive experience at Best Western Royal Palace. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what stood out most was the level of service. Fred and the entire staff were professional, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. Fred in particular made a strong impression with his attentiveness and genuine willingness to help. It is clear that he and the team take pride in making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. That level of service makes a significant difference, especially when you are away from home. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

  The front desk guy here is so sweet and accommodating. I left some items in the room and they had saved them for me which seems super rare for hotels these days! The service is wonderful and the rooms are great. There’s also free street parking out front!

  We stayed these past few days at this hotel and wanted to write a great big thank you! The man who serviced us, Mr Hassan, was incredibly kind and generous. He made our stay much more comfortable and helped us with our needs. Our thanks especially goes to him. The hotel was also wonderful and we had absolutely zero complaints.

  Good hotel location, however parking is REALLY small and tight (can’t park an SUV there, you will end up scratching it). Not worth the $18 per day for parking only. Room looked lunch much better and bigger in pictures than in person, talking specially about the suite. Pictures showed a big living room with office space and a chair + sofa, but actual suite only had the sofa :( Misleading pictures and deceiving room. Service was good though (front desk person was nice).

  ★★★★★ 10/5 Stars — Hands Down, Our Best Stay! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Best Western Royal Palace Inn & Suites on Sepulveda. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. The facility was fantastic, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Fred and Hassan went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. I genuinely cannot express how much I appreciated the time they took with us and all of the assistance they provided. Their level of hospitality made what could have been a stressful trip so much easier and more comfortable. It's rare to encounter people who make you feel this well taken care of, and their kindness did not go unnoticed. Hands down, this was the best hotel stay I've had. The facility was wonderful, the service was outstanding, and Fred and Hassan made the experience unforgettable. We will 100% be back. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us! ❤️
