  Una estancia de 3 días estupenda, sobretodo destacar la atención de Felipe Ledezma, nos lo puso muy fácil, tanto el check-in a nuestra llegada como los días que estuvimos alojados en el hotel. Muchas gracias, en nuestra próxima visita a Los Ángeles, el alojamiento será con vosotros sin duda.

  Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, das Haus macht einen gepflegten Eindruck und der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Man fühlt sich auch in einer Großstadt wie Los Angeles sehr sicher. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption, die freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Nun das Negative: Leider hatten wir bei unserem Aufenthalt etwas Pech mit dem Zimmer. Wir bekamen das kleinste Zimmer auf dem Flur, ohne richtiges Fenster, zahlten dafür aber denselben Preis wie für deutlich größere Zimmer mit Balkontür bzw. besseren Lichtverhältnissen. Zudem roch das Zimmer muffig (fast etwas nach Urin und die Klamotten nahmen diesen unangenehmen Geruch sofort an) und eine Ecke war feucht. Als Expedia-Premium-Kunde erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein aufs Haus, was eine nette Geste war. Leider waren die dazu bereitgestellten Weingläser nicht sauber (Lippenstiftreste etc.). Das Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, blieb im Vergleich zu anderen Best Western Hotels jedoch hinter unseren Erwartungen zurück. Zudem war der Frühstücksraum sehr klein und es gab kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten. Obwohl immer viele Leute warteten, wurde man nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es in einem anderen Stockwerk ebenfalls Frühstück gab - dies fanden wir am letzten Morgen selbst heraus… Auch die zusätzlichen Parkgebühren sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels der Kette eher hoch. Insgesamt kein schlechtes Hotel, aber bei dem hohen Preis plus Parkgebühren hätten wir in einigen Punkten wirklich mehr erwartet. Buchen würde ich es für diesen Preis auf jeden Fall nicht mehr.

  Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. On our first night, there was no hot water, and despite reporting the issue, nobody seemed concerned or made any real effort to help us or make up for the inconvenience. During check-in, we were informed that housekeeping had to be requested each day. We immediately confirmed that we wanted our room cleaned and tidied every day, as normally happens in hotels around the world. Despite our clear request, the staff completely forgot about it. The following day, we returned to find the room still dirty and without clean towels. When we reported the problem, we were told that nobody was available to clean the room at that time. As a result, we had to spend another night in a dirty, unserviced room. The hairdryer was also broken, adding yet another problem to an already frustrating stay. What disappointed us most was the staff’s complete lack of interest in resolving any of these issues. Even in the morning, they barely acknowledged or greeted the guests. We experienced multiple inconveniences, yet no solution, apology, compensation or meaningful assistance was offered. We were travelling as a family and expected a completely different level of service. Based on our experience, I can only give this hotel one star.

  I recently stayed two wonderful nights at the Best Western while attending a conference nearby, and I cannot say enough about how incredible and comfortable my stay was. The hotel is sweet, cozy, and incredibly charming. I arrived several hours before check-in, so my room was not yet ready. However, the woman at the front desk was so courteous and kind that she found another room that was available and allowed me to check in early. Her hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. If you are looking for a spacious and adorable room, I highly recommend room 111. It has its own door that opens directly onto the beautiful pool area and cozy little garden—it wasn’t simply a view from the room; I could step right outside into this peaceful, charming space. It made the room feel incredibly special! Interestingly, I had the opportunity to visit several luxury hotels during this trip, yet this Best Western was still my favorite! In my opinion, it deserves far more than a three-star rating. The location is also extremely convenient. The breakfast is fairly typical, but there are wonderful restaurants nearby, including a beautiful hotel called the Sunny Rose which had a rooftop restaurant with magnificent views. Directly across the street is one of the most famous comedy clubs, which I had the chance to visit—and it was so much fun! The Grove, a gorgeous open-air shopping destination with fountains, restaurants, and stores, is also only about ten minutes away in uber. This was truly a wonderful hotel: charming, comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

  Not correct. No matter how many times repeated we did NOT book thru 3rd party but DIRECTLY on BW website. And all 4 nights are consecutively, without interruption from 18-22 August 2026. 1-2-3-4, all in one row. Please stay with facts, we have written and printed proof and confirmation for all this. The front desk mgr gave us personally his biz card with name Carlos M. Did he purposely hand over a wrong biz card to not identify himself properly? Marcel Massini, Switzerland
