  Don't use them. They changed me for seat assignments that I didn't get. Then someone used my card number to go to knots berry farms in L.A.

  If I could give -20stars, that is exactly what i would do. They promised an upgrade to an international flight to the tune of $2,100 & got nothing for it! The company is a scam!!! Do yourself a favor & help shot them down!

  FRAUD. They're bandits. This is the only number for Hainan Airlines; they're impersonating them. My entire trip is canceled because of them. I called them to change my flight, but they never did, yet they charged me 15,807.90 pesos. I missed my flight, and the return flight was canceled. My hotel is ruined. They take advantage of people's desperation. The worst part is that Hainan doesn't have a number that's answered in the afternoon, but these scammers do, which is why they steal from you. It's a shame. I lost my entire trip. I didn't even get to leave. FRAUDE Son bandidos es el único número de hainan airlines se hacen pasar por ellos todo mi viaje está cancelado por culpa de ellos . Les marque para cambiar mi vuelo nunca lo cambiaron pero eso sí me cobraron 15807.90 pesos perdí el vuelo y se canceló el de regreso el hotel está perdido . Abusan por la necesidad de la urgencia. LO peor que hainan no tiene un número que contesten en la tarde y ellos si contestan por eso te roban. Es una pena . Perdí todo mi viaje . No salí

  Do not purchase from this company. They changed my booking numerous times, I didn't want a schedule change. They lied about a flight cancel. From MIA to CHI, and Chi to Appleton.nwhen I checked with the airline both flights where still scheduled. Then on hold multiple times for long periods of time. I also purchased insurance and now submitting a claim. Speaking with this company about coverage for this they referred me to the insurance company. No documentation to support why airtickt change my schedule flight, the airline didn't cancel either flight. They do not care and do not want to help you. It's about the sales for them. The airport couldn't help me since I purchased the ticket through this company. Don't buy anything from here. It's terrible. Now I have to contact my credit and various agencies. The flights that you sent me an email stating changes was false. When checking the flight numbers where not changed at all from the airport. I made no changes to my flights. I received emails from your company stating flights where changed. the airline could not help me because I purchased my tickets through your company. The flights were still going and did not change. You changed my flights. The flight out of Mia to Ord early am was still flying, the connecting flight from Ord to Atw was still flying and was kept. Period. Your company moved me, not the Airline.

  This is the worst company you ever want to purchase air ticket!!! I bought a ticket on its website, didn't receive confirmation, made calls, had to wait 30+ minutes each time to talk to an agent, all agents I talked to are the hardest to understand English speaking persons. After more than 5 hours and multiple calls, my credit cards still get charged twice and the promised E-ticket is still not insight. I'm still working on it, in the mean time, WATCH OUT!!! 2/13/2019
