  2025 The entire facility was very clean: The pool, Jacuzzi, grounds, rooms, lobby, and parking lot were spotless!! Upon arrival, I was checked in quickly; Upon request, I was accommodated for a more suitable room; The original room was smoky smelling & a light was out. Housekeeping was excellent & non-disturbing. Air conditioning, water pressure, lighting & in-room appliances were fully functional; The suite couch and carpet were worn down, need replacing. The closet was two mirror doors, spacious enough to walk into. The bathroom has a powerful fan which I like. The windows OPEN for fresh air. My view from the west was nice. Breakfast was well stocked, hot, and tasty! The television has lots of channels and HDMI PORT. I felt very safe and sound. The surrounding area is friendly, clean, and bright with shops of all kinds, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distsnce. The community at large is NOT affected by homelessness/tent cities/stragglers roaming about. I DID NOT SEE ANY BUGS OF ANY KIND!!! Except butterflies and honey bees!!! There is FREE WIFI!! My only issue was the bed was a bit soft, however there are plenty of (4) firm pillows to lay on if you need back support. I will be coming back here in the future for sure!!!

  Hotel is ok, but the dude at the front desk was the greatest. A super nice Indian dude.

  Not the newest building but modern and very well maintained, everything worked though the available TVs were slow and its cable content was limited. A/C was great, breakfast bar is small but well packed and they constantly restock from the back - classic Continental - scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, bagels, waffle maker. Parking is tight, not fit for larger SUV or van, however most people are dropped off by rideshare so it isn't full.

  Great little hotel! Perfect budget option but still gives the feeling of being upscale. Nice breakfast options. Staff was great. Pool is good depth for kids.
