    All of the staff is very helpful. They answered all questions we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. We LOVE this place!

    A while back, I booked a room for a week at this hotel. Due to unexpected circumstances, I have to checked out on the 4th day. Before checking out, I made sure to ask for confirmation with the managers and the front desk employee to see if I'll get my refund back for the unstayed days. They all said yes. A month later with no refund to my bank account, I contacted them and was routed back and forth between the staffs and their billing department with no results saying because I book with third party. Contacted third party and they show me clearly that they have requested the refund but the hotel refused. LOST $700 DUE TO THEIR LIES AND GREED. I will consider filling formal complaints where appropriate.

    What a wonderful place to stay! The location was great, the staff was amazing, and everything exceeded our expectations. We flew in from Arizona to Long Beach, and even though we arrived early, the front desk kindly accommodated us right away, which we really appreciated after traveling. Breakfast was delicious, and the team kept everything fresh and fully stocked throughout the morning. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and professional. We truly had a great experience and are already looking forward to coming back!

    Very poor service. Our room was not serviced after many requests. Items were not refilled or replaced ie. towels, hand wash, tissues etc. we could not use the kitchen as the tap was broken in our room after being told it was going to be fixed within the 10 days we were staying there. Breakfast service solely was based around one worker. If this lovely lady wasn’t working, the lines everywhere were backed up, items were depleted, surfaces were left dirty and bins over stacked. Funnily enough the best service we received was when we checked out.
