  We were very pleased with our four nights visit. Staff and service were great. Bed was comfortable. We could faintly hear the traffic and airport noise but it certainly didn't disturb our sleep. Honestly, it's the airport hotel in the center of a major city. It was built in the 1960s or 70s but the decor and bathroom have been updated.

  The reviews are all over the place, so I'm glad I went to see for myself. The location is everything! I stayed on the 5th floor. The room was very nice & it was very quiet. The bed & pillows were SO comfortable! We ate at Vue Restaurant. The food & service is excellent. It is a bit pricey. There is no view. The view is of the parking lot and street. The shuttle service is a crock. I made arrangements prior to my arrival, they gave instructions and still left me stranded. After a 30 minute wait, I had to call an Uber. A one mile, 3 minute trip costs $18. I was furious. I sent 2 complaints and never heard a word. The pool area leaves much to be desired. The jacuzzi was okay but its located right by the staff & convention center entrances so people are constantly walking around. But overall, I would recommend staying here. It's centrally located to literally everything and the hotel and surrounding area is very nice.

  The rooms were disgusting. Tge furniture is old and faded. The desk chair seat was ripped. Everything is outdated and gross. I found dirty handprints in the bathroom, elevator and on the wall in our room. There is nothing good about these rooms. Also, it smelled terrible, like mold. Do not stay here if you want a clean room.

  The rooms where bad rust in the bathroom in the bath tub and sink. Carpet had holes in it. The furniture was old and needed replacement. No water bottles in the rooms for guest, ice machines broken. I feel what I paid for to stay should've been much better than I experience.

  Friendly staff, was helpful in checking and getting me on the shuttle to the airport. The Continental breakfast is about $20, an the service was there to refill your coffee. I enjoyed the meal on the top level, with good views all around. Thanks for the stay.
