- DMDonald McMillenMay 10, 20263.0I recently stayed there for work in town..It was o.k. I guess. People screaming in the halls at night. Hot water in the morning? Turn it on and wait 15 minutes it will get warm. The Good part was The cleaning lady for floor 10, I believe her name was Rosa C. She was super super nice and very good . She was cleaning when I got back from work and was super apologetic for happening to be there at that time . It was absolutely no problem for me. It was a coincidence. She was doing her job. She said she could come back later. I said no problem let's skip today. She kept apologizing for no reason. She was a sweetheart.

This hotel is right here at the corner of several, busy intersections. I had a room on the 2nd floor. If you want peace of mind in quietness, I would book elsewhere. But overall, everything else was great.

Checked out the hotel and my deposit still hasn’t been released it’s still pending. Tried calling them to get my deposit released no one is answering the phone to even get proof that my checkout had a zero payment left and to get my deposit release. This is horrible and sad.i will never choose this hotel again. If I could give the service a zero I would.
