People have been slamming the door through out the night. Called/ went to the front desk and they acted/responded like I’m delusional.

We are so grateful to the entire team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Loma Linda, especially the hotel manager, for the kindness and care they showed our family during an incredibly difficult time. After the unexpected passing of our father, we had to make very last-minute arrangements for a large group of family members traveling in for the funeral services. Our travel also happened to fall over Labor Day weekend, which made finding accommodations at the last minute even more challenging. The hotel manager went above and beyond to help us with accommodations and arrangements, not only for our immediate family but also for other family members traveling in. Having someone willing to work with us and help make everything come together took a lot of stress off our family during an already emotionally difficult time. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and in a great area. We also really appreciated having a full breakfast available each morning. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The kindness and understanding we received meant a lot to us during a very emotional and difficult week. Thank you so much to the entire team for taking such good care of our family when we needed it most. We will absolutely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

Arrive to hotel on Sept 5, 2026. Was given a bottom floor room. After walking in room, stale smell..Took a shower. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Soaking wet, slip hazard. Looks can be deceiving. King size, hard lumpy and sunken in. Discovered hair underneath sheet and stains on the pillow cases. I had to washup in the sink for fear of slipping after getting outbof the shower. Horrendous. Oh Yea! The curtains, anyone can see in. Yikes. California you must do better,
