  Disappointing Experience With Management I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by the hotel manager, Jen. As a single mother, I felt I was treated unfairly and with a level of disrespect that was completely inappropriate for someone in a management position. My checkout time was 11:00 a.m., yet at approximately 10:00 a.m., Jen was banging on my door, telling me that she had called the police and accusing me of trying to leave without paying. She also deactivated all of my key cards before my scheduled checkout time. The way this situation was handled was incredibly upsetting and humiliating. Rather than approaching me professionally and respectfully to resolve any concern, I felt I was treated as though I had done something wrong. Her condescending manner only made the situation worse. I believe hotel management should handle situations like this with professionalism, courtesy, and respect—especially when dealing with a guest and her child. Based on my experience, I do not feel Jen demonstrated the qualities I would expect from someone in a management position. I do want to recognize the rest of the hotel staff, who were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond during my stay. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled by management overshadowed the positive experiences I had with the rest of the team. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and reviews how this situation was handled.

  For me it's the best place to stay in the area. It's close to the freeway, lots of good restaurants nearby I've stayed there several times and the staff has been friendly and helpful.

  I had a good stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The highlight of my visit was the friendly and welcoming staff, who made check-in easy and were helpful throughout my stay. The hotel had a comfortable atmosphere, and the team provided great customer service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with excellent hospitality.
