  The front desk receptionist Andrea was excellent. Service great here. We have stayed here before and came back for good reasons!!

  Wow where do I start I spoke with Erica she took my reservation she was very polite explained everything to me properly and with respect. Also spoke with Monica to make sure that my reservation was set and she told me it was. Out to the property met Erica she was just amazing help getting a room set up I had to switch rooms she was able to accommodate me and make sure that we was taking care of me and my daughter's are very happy here everyday is clean coffee tea is set out she's always smiling and greeting me everyday that's when I first checked in her staff respects her you can tell they're happy to work here I'm just really happy to be hope that she is recognized and appreciated for making her company look so good this is my first day at a candlewood suite I would definitely recommend to family and friends

  We are traveling around California on vacation, soon returning to the desert. I booked a one night stay here and from the first moment, I was thoroughly impressed. The bright and appealing facility was only surpassed by the welcome I received from Talia at the front desk. We were checked in and all our questions were answered so well. The room is an extended stay kitchenette. I only wish we could stay longer to enjoy the services provided, including the pool next door in another hotel and free laundry machines. We love the safety features, the best of which is a walk-in shower with a grab bar and a handle on the firm shower door versus places that have a tub with a fabric curtain. My husband is a stroke survivor who needs the extra safety. I have taken a photo of the walk-in shower. It has a grab bar as well as a stable door with a handle. The bathroom is accessible for a wheelchair as the closet opposite the door serves as a turning area. We live in the Palm Desert area from which many senior citizens come for specialty care at the Loma Linda Medical Center. Already I know that this beautiful hotel will be our destination of choice. And Talia, who represents the brand with grace and professionalism, made our arrival very special.

  Update: the continued lack of accountability on resolving my specific situation is baffling. I doubt you will improve your service for future customers. DO NOT BOOK!!! Front desk and manager have terrible service and attitude! No need to bother booking this place weeks in advance for a popular weekend. They will just cancel your reservation without giving you a legit reason other than “sorry, we overbooked for the weekend, but we canceled a month and a half in advance so you can find something else”. We ONLY found out after calling them directly…how shady!!!!! Now everything around is either sold out or the cost is tripled. SMH.
