  🎉 One Year at Candlewood Suites Redlands! 🎉 Today marks one year since I started staying at Candlewood Suites in Redlands, and I just want to say how thankful I am for the way they’ve treated me. From the staff to the service, they’ve always made me feel welcome and taken care of. When you’re away from home for work, having a place where you feel comfortable and appreciated makes a big difference. A huge thank you to the entire Candlewood Suites Redlands team for making this past year such a great experience.   We stayed 5 nights in Room 424. Bathroom sink was clogged, dishwasher didn't work, there was one fork, no spoons, there was a hole in the drywall across from one of the beds, the toilet paper dispenser was broken with its pieces in a drawer, and the shower door track guide was not attached. Some of the pillowcases said firm but all the pillows were the same squishy mess. Various towels were stained. Neighboring guests were so loud. I do not recommend staying here.

  We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked great throughout our visit. We also loved that there was free coffee available and a kitchenette in the room—it was incredibly convenient since we travel with our own food and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. My only complaint was with the towels. The room only had two bath towels for two people. We asked for two additional towels since, as women, we like to use separate towels for our hair and body. We had to wait about an hour, and then we were asked to bring our original towels downstairs before receiving the extras. I understand if the hotel was low on towels, but the process was a little inconvenient. Overall, it was still a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and kind staff made it a place we’d happily stay at again.

  Staid at this location twice not knowing it’s a hotel where government puts ppl temporarily and pays for their stay Erica the manager I thought she was a decent person took $50 a day as a deposit we staid 6 days got back $5 once and once $50 $250 never received I left the room clean she lied to me I called her and asked her where is my deposit numerous times,and I also got charged $14 a day for parking not happy with how this hotel stole my deposit I wouldn’t recommend and will not go back I had an issue with my card till I got it in the mail that’s why I was there ,carpet was stained badly in 2 rooms,I will pass next time dishonest Manager and Staff.

  My bed was little broken, ac can't shut off till you unplugg it. People above us were non stop stomping and someone was smoking weed. Its extended stay so few things are kinda expected. Staff was nice. They tried to help to whatever they can.
