I’m giving it this rating mainly because of issues with the breakfast. We recently stayed here for one night and had two standard rooms for us and our kids. The rooms were clean and what we had expected. We slept fine. We had did have a couch that had a pull out bed e. The couch was a really nice feature. Pullout bed was OK for a kid but was pretty uncomfortable for a teen/adult as expected with most pull out beds. Pool was fine. No spa at this location. The whole place was pretty “lightly” staffed.
Breakfast was really disappointing. Our kids are pretty picky and there’s usually several staple items that work for our kids at breakfast. We came down between 8:30 AM and 8:45 am and the pancake machine was broken, there was no cinnamon rolls, only bran muffins, only apples, the refrigerator that normally holds things like milk and hard-boiled eggs and yogurt was broken although they had put some yogurt out on ice that was available. Apple juice was empty. They did have orange juice. Instead of having hot oatmeal that was ready to serve they had packets of instant oatmeal and hot water so the oatmeal just ended up being pretty chewy. They did have other hot items that had plenty of food it just wasn’t what our kids were looking for. Part of the draw of staying there is knowing that certain things are gonna be available. The eating area was also extremely hot and stuffy, even though it was still morning. I walked by one of the downstairs thermostats was set at 82°. The rooms were fine and air-conditioning was not a problem in the room but it was probably the worst experience with breakfast at this chain and we stay in these often.

Room was on first floor. Room felt dirty. Had a terrible odor, moldy smell maybe coming from air conditioner. Air conditioner did not work properly and shut off on its own which kept it hard to keep our room cool during the summer while sleeping. Breakfast was over by 9am which didn’t have much of a selection as it seemed. The lady at the front desk had cinnamon rolls baking which was all that was left and she was nice enough to offer them to the kids. If I would’ve known about the two other hotels next door I would’ve stayed there instead.

Rooms are quite larger and have a lot of areas to store things in. they even offer sofa beds in the rooms, so its a great bang for buck if you're staying with multiple people. Fridge is larger than usual and theres a coffee machine & microwave in each room. Parking is hassle free and breakfast is consistent.
However, there are roaches outside in the parking lot at night, and we found one in our room on the first floor. 2nd floor didnt seem to have a problem, so choose 2nd or 3rd floor! Wifi is atrocious, at 0.5 Mbps download and 0.4 Mbps upload speed, literally cannot get anything done here. Also the gym doesn't have any dumbbells 😔
