  Great experience with check in clerk was very friendly and polite (dont remember her name she had tattoos) was very nice and helped me with early check in, rooms were clean and had good amenities. Would recommend and return.

  My friend and I had reservations, and stayed at this hotel, August 31, 2026. The freeway was closed about 11 miles before our exit and we we diverted 83 miles to finally arrive at this location. Upon arrival, most of the town was in the dark, including the hotel. Even with all the adversity, we were greeted by a friendly smile and helpful clerk for check-in. Rodnina went above and beyond to make everything as comfortable as possible. She changed our room to a first floor upon our request, because two seniors attempting to haul luggage up stairs was not something we looked forward to after a long day of travel. Rodnina escorted us to our room and helped with our belongings. I can't express how impressed we were with the hospitality we received. We would definitely stay here again.

  We had a king room on the ground floor by the pool. The bed was very comfortable with nice, clean bedding and good pillows. The room has a nice mini fridge and small microwave. There is no coffeemaker in the room. You will have to get dressed and go to the kitchen to get your coffee. And I could hear another traveler clearing his throat every few minutes through the walls. Even though we were on the quiet side, there was still some road noise. The breakfast from Christina was great! She did a great job keeping all the areas (coffee station, dining room, buffet area) clean and supplied. The food was good and the bacon was cooked perfectly. It is a good place to stop for people traveling through.

  I cannot say enough good things about this place. Rooms were exceptional. Front desk staff was also excellent. Very clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast the next morning was phenomenal eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy fruit. All the juices bananas. The staff was accommodating friendly. It was a pleasure staying there and from now on that will be our stop on the way to Sacramento to Palm springs.

  We had a great stay overall and we stay here often while traveling to visit family. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Unfortunately this time we had a very negative experience with a staff member named Deidra during breakfast. Our 1 year old had made a typical baby mess, and we asked to borrow a broom because we fully intended to sweep and wipe everything down ourselves. Deidra seemed visibly irritated with us, repeatedly commented on the mess, and at one point told us to “just get out of the way” while gesturing for us to move while I was still cleaning up my baby. We were genuinely trying to clean up after our child, so the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and really uncomfortable. I hope that she can be more kind and patient with guests in the future, especially as judging from other reviews we are not the only people who have had an experience like this with Deidre.
