  After a long drive, my husband and I stopped at this hotel hoping to get some rest before continuing our trip. Unfortunately, the experience was absolutely terrible. When we arrived at our assigned room, it hadn't even been cleaned from the previous guests. I genuinely couldn't believe they would assign someone a room in that condition. The property itself felt poorly maintained, and the overall environment made us extremely uncomfortable. There were also people hanging around outside who made us feel uneasy and unsafe. Between the condition of the room, the lack of cleanliness, and the uncomfortable atmosphere, we decided to leave rather than stay the night. After traveling for hours, the last thing anyone wants is to arrive at a hotel that doesn't even have a clean room ready. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel carrying the Best Western name. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay while traveling. Very disappointing experience.

  Sinceramente llegamos sin expectativas y sali maravillada del hotel. Llegamos a media noche sin reserva y en menos de 5 min estábamos en nuestra habitación. El hotel ofrece un desayuno muy delicioso y la piscina esta limpia y calida. Sin duda lo recomiendo una y mil veces

  Don't bother trying to call because they will refuse to pick up the phone. When you walk in, they're playing on their phone. When you speak to them, they're short and bothered.

  Yes it was clean but depending on the part of the hotel you are out in, it can be noisey, especially towards the back since it borders a truck stop. There were big rigs running thru the night. The hotel was cute, well kept and clean but oh my the pillows in the room we were were thin, the mattress hard. I woke up stiff and my low back hurt like crazy. So I'm torn in this review, the point of getting a hotel is to get a good night of sleep which I didn't between the noise and the bed and pillows but the ground maintenance, room cleanliness and staff friendliness was all on point.

  *Please have cleaning people scrub the bathroom better. Especially the shower. There was so much mold. (room 106) we did not even bother taking a shower the next morning. We did not even take our socks off our one night stay. And now that I think about it, that is probably why the room had a funny smell. Or maybe it was the dirty carpet. * We were one of the first for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast could have been better and hotter. The attendant spent the 1/2 hour that we were there talking to a hotel guest instead of making sure food was being replenished + I chose Best Western instead of the few other hotels in the area, not because of the price, but because it had the best reviews. We were very disappointed The woman at the front desk at check in was very nice and funny too I have never written an unsatisfactory review. I really felt like this was really warranted. I was so disappointed. I could probably dealt with the dirty carpet, unsatisfactory breakfast, other peoples clothing in the drawer, the dark and gloomy lobby, but the mold and the smell was a deal breaker. I have photos of the bathroom but there is not an option for me to share with you I really don't think Best Western Liberty Inn will be my first choice the next time we come up to visit the Hard Rock Casino. I think that I should be refunded at least 50% of what I paid. I will be sharing this review with Corporate Best Western.
