  Where do I start this hotel staff is amazing hotel is so clean and the staff is beyond friendly Jessica brings so much warmth to the atmosphere Anna brings the family touch that makes its so Inviting to stay here they are the reason I love to stay here

  I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in Lancaster numerous times over the years, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst condition I have ever seen it in. We stayed in Room 313, and while the room appeared clean at first glance, once we actually settled in and started using everything, it became very clear that it was not being properly maintained. The bathtub was dirty. The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold, and the seal around the refrigerator was disgustingly dirty. Several bathroom floor tiles were completely loose, which isn’t just cosmetic—it is a legitimate safety issue. The toilet itself was uneven and did not appear to be properly leveled or secured. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming up, the bathroom exhaust fan either didn’t work or the switch wasn’t functioning, and the room stayed muggy throughout our entire stay. Without a working bathroom fan, taking a shower only made the humidity worse. The light bulb on the right side of the nightstand was also out. Then there was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it genuinely difficult to sleep, which is pretty significant considering the entire point of paying for a hotel room is having a comfortable place to sleep. Individually, some of these things might seem minor. Taken together, however, they paint a very different picture: this room needs maintenance and a genuinely thorough cleaning. What disappoints me most is that I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times before and have never experienced it like this. I’ve returned precisely because my previous experiences were better. This time, Room 313 gave the appearance of being clean and maintained on the surface, but the closer you looked—and the longer you stayed—the more problems you found. Loose bathroom tiles and an improperly secured or leveled toilet especially should not be left for guests to discover. Those are safety and maintenance issues that need to be addressed before the room is rented again. I really hope management takes a serious look at Room 313 and the overall maintenance of the property, because this was absolutely not the standard I’ve experienced here in the past.

  Pool was giving me the, better keep this short feeling(bit dirty). Breakfast was really good tho. Spa was nice. Felt safe ish. Not a bad place.

  Anna and Keon did a great job. The facility is clean. They are attentive to detail and the breakfast is first class. The rooms are large and spacious.
