  Staff are very hardworking and keep the place clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet is good, food is replenished quickly. Thank you Natalie for working hard wiping down the breakfast tables as soon as someone left so there is no wait to sit down. Also thank you Carolina for cleaning our room.

  Staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Especially the front desk. Location is also great. Nice clean neighborhood with restaurants and stores close by.

  Very good overall experience. Special shout outs to Rosario (cleaning staff), Alfonso (cleaning staff), and Jim (Front Desk). These employees specially made my stay exceptional. I was helped & greeted kindly upon check-in and the cleaning staff made sure I had new towels & toiletries.

  This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I specifically asked for a quiet room since I have trouble sleeping and they gave me the one that is directly across from where the trash truck comes at 6:15 am (which in itself should be illegal) and makes the biggest noise I’ve ever heard. Slamming the dumpster up and down several times. I will be filing a chargeback for the room as this was completely unacceptable

  Room was excellent and comfortable. Rosario did a great job keeping the room clean during our stay. Breakfast was good and open for a reasonable time. Overall, we had a great stay!
