- KMKaren S. McGee1 day ago5.0We checked in with an adult cat with all that entails. We were automatically asked if we needed any kind of help, which we did. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful especially as we were checking in. The front desk folks were so informative and helpful. We had an issue when checking out with a extremely scared feline, two gentlemen came quickly to help us remove the cat from under the bed doing so in a very friendly and comfortable way. We know of others staying at VOCO who had similar experience.

Make it more longer I always look forward to staying at Voco whenever I’m in town. Ronnie and his team consistently deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of service is warm, professional, and truly makes you feel welcomed every time you walk through the door. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which is something I really value. Breakfast and dinner are both excellent, fresh, well-prepared, and a great way to start and end the day. It’s clear the team takes pride in every detail of the guest experience. What really sets this hotel apart is the consistency and the personal touch from Ronnie and his staff. At this point, it genuinely feels like my second home away from home.
