- JJJT JT3 days ago5.0We had such a great experience staying at voco Laguna Hills. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. We were able to check in early, which made a huge difference for us and really helped us get settled and start enjoying our stay right away. One of the things that stood out the most was how clean the hotel was. Our room was spotless, the bathroom was very clean, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The common areas throughout the hotel were also kept very clean, which really added to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was another highlight of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. You can tell that the team really cares about the guests and wants everyone to have a great experience. We also really appreciated being able to have a late checkout. Having the extra time in the room made our departure much less stressful and allowed us to relax a little longer before heading home. Between the early check-in and late checkout, the hotel really made our stay feel easy and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at voco Laguna Hills. The combination of excellent cleanliness, a friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, and great service made this one of the better hotel experiences we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend voco Laguna Hills to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel.

Front desk staff specifically Jojo who my family and I have had two encounters here thus far does not care to be there or greet guests as they come in. Disappointing experience. It’s always awkward checking in with him. Why be at the front line of this establishment and not show one ounce of happiness. Rooms are supposedly always unavailable despite little to no parked cars outside. Noise is still on going for the past months hence the ear plugs that are given to you. This is by far the worst serviced IHG location. My family and I will never waste a dime here again.

We absolutely loved the hotel, the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience. A very special thank you to Rex and the team for the thoughtful surprise they prepared for my daughter for her birthday. It was such a sweet and unexpected touch, and it made her celebration even more special. ❤️ We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process easy. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and easy freeway access nearby. Overall, We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend voco Laguna Hills for anyone visiting the area!
- DSD SSep 4, 20263.0Large rooms, nice view, modern. Pillows however were horrible. I had a headache both days from how uncomfortable they were causing pain in my neck. Was surprised to have housekeeping service for just a two day stay. Was given some cinnamon cookies at check-in for a heritage celebration. Bar had live music, received a free drink with loyalty status. Parking and location were convenient and bath amenities were thoughtful and smelled great. It would have been nice to have been notified the gym was closed. There were several touch points before check in when this info could have been made available. They offered a pass to a nearby gym but I didn’t feel like leaving the hotel and then hassling with giving the gym a bunch of personal info just to do a workout, knowing there would be sales calls in the weeks to follow.
