  The only problem I had was when I arrived at the hotel and stop at the front counter. I was provided a parking pass only to find out after my departure it cost me $80.00 to park during my stay. The staff never informed us that their is a charge for parking. Without parking at this hotel where else can you park your car without paying for parking. The staff did poor job of explaining this policy. Reminded to explain all of its on site policies.

  Amazing hotel, great breakfast, no loud noises during my sleep, and had a small fridge to keep my drinks cold throughout my 1 night stay here.

  This is my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as good or better than the first. There are multiple food establishments nearby, and I was able to get a room in a “pinch” (last minute). I was very happy with the king bed room, which was extremely clean and fresh, not musty or dirty like some other hotels. Amina, the desk attendant, was an absolute lifesaver. She was about to get off of work in 10 minutes, and I explained to her my dilemma of having misplaced my Iphone. She immediately took action and contacted the restaurant that I ate at previously, with negative results. She offered to use her personal phone to attempt to locate my phone through “Find My iPhone” (I had no additional devices). Luckily, I remembered my Apple password, and eventually the phone was actually located within my room, behind a bath fixture. I was extremely thankful to her for going above and beyond to help me. Kudos to Mariah, who was also working the desk, and provided additional support. This was service at its best! Thank you once again, Holiday Inn! I remain a loyal customer and rewards member partly because of the aforementioned reasons (clean, comfortable rooms and excellent care by hotel personnel).

  What a nice stay. I appreciated the cleanliness and safety I felt traveling as a single woman fron Sacramento and staying alone in your hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! A huge variety of breakfast items from omelets to pancakes, bacon, sausage... Great choices. Allyson at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, and helped make my stay memorable.

  Arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. Checked in room "106". All the Pillows on the bed smelt really bad. So I had to remove them from the bed and put them on the couch. Until I was able to check out and leave at 12:00pm. After I told the front desk lady about the situation she just said: "Ohh, no did you tell anyone?" And I said I was checking out at noon so I just put the dirty pillows aside for the moments until 12pm. And as I requested 2 receipt she was printing them and she had a review card with she took out and put away so I couldn't write this review. However my co-worker got one so I took hers to write it. Be aware. The fro t desk lady at the time was: "Amina".
