- SGShane Giddings4 days ago2.0The location is good but if you have a room facing I-8, it will be noisy even at night. The front desk service was good and check in was easy. The room was okay. The bathroom was not. Mine had a handicapped shower and the water from the shower puddled in the middle of the bathroom. I used every towel they left for me to build a dam and mop up the mess. Also, it took 10 minutes of running the water for any hot water to show up. The worst? The handicap seat in the shower had black mold. Lots of it. I don’t know how often they clean these thoroughly or what they use to clean them but they definitely don’t use bleach. I don’t recommend and I won’t use again.

Fast, reliable and friendly, on top of being genuinely helpful and understanding to our unique situation. If we need a hotel in this area again, we will ABSOLUTELY be staying here in the future.

They were very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns I had * plenty of free parking * the rooms I stayed in (4 total) were clean and comfortable * each room had a large personal fridge and a microwave, so I was able to bring in food and not have to order take out * the fitness center had basic equipment that allowed me to get some kind of workout done each day * easy access to I-8, lots of shops nearby * the free breakfast has lots of variety Cons: * the WiFi is TERRIBLE. I have unlimited data, so I eventually gave up trying to connect. If I didn't have unlimited data, this would have been a deal breaker * the fitness center door never unlocked at 6am as posted, so I had to call down to get the door opened by the staff. The staff was always happy to do that, but it's annoying that they had to
