  We, a family of four, enjoyed our four night stay. The La Jolla location was easy to access key areas for our San Diego vacation. We had a two queen room with sofa bed on the third floor that had recently been remodeled. The new room design looked very nice, but there were some practical things that could be improved (towel bars/hooks for example). But the staff were the star of the stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And plentiful. We never had to look far for someone to offer assistance. The breakfast was well tended (plus, it was the best hotel-breakfast bacon we've experienced). Facilities and maintenance staff were quick to respond to requests, and the daily housekeeping was a strong positive too. Thanks for bringing out more pool towels! We would easily look at this location again if returning to the area.

  Hunter was wonderful. He went up and Above what was expected. She gave my sister and I the best information regarding the local beaches, local restaurants and what not. He definitely needs a raise. Thank you so much for a lovely time. We will definitely be back please has Hunter look in the lobby as we left him a little something.

  Great hotel. Location is perfect and very close to Windansea Beach. Breakfast is great. Rooms feel large and comfortable. Balcony was a plus too.

  We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The manager was absolutely amazing her name is Rali and went above and beyond for us. Our check-out time was 11 AM, but she kindly allowed us to stay until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. This is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and I highly recommend it to everyone. We will absolutely be coming back! ❤️

  4.5 stars due to some minor issues, and the room never gets dark which made it difficult to sleep well. Apart from that, the room was wonderful! The staff were so friendly every single one of them every single day! I saw people attending to the grounds and the pool and breakfast all promptly And Timely just very very nice! Our room was facing the pool area and those are all one story room so no one was above us which was wonderful. The pool closes at 9:00 and opens at 9:00. And they stuck to that there was no pool noise from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. From the pictures the parking lot looked pretty small however when you get there there is a lot of parking available. The parking spots are rather narrow and a bit shallow. So if you have a pickup truck it is possible that you're but of your truck will stick out much further than the other cars, and getting in and out can be a bit tight due to the narrowness of the parking spaces. Breakfast was very good plentiful and they kept everything refreshed constantly and the room clean. The bed was actually very comfortable and the pillows are all down type, so still soft enough. The TVs are flat screen so very nice also. The beach is across the street and then down about maybe not even half a mile. Other amenities such as the aquarium and the Midway and a whole lot of other things are very accessible. Overall, I would stay there again.
