  Nice place, good breakfast and although it is close to the highway, you cannot hear the traffic.

  Traveling I-5 south was not marked on road or visible from road but got lucky and found it anyway. 100deg heat in middle of May. Asked if pool available. Got YES and given room by pools. Pool had signed said CLOSED. We used it anyway. Needed more towels. Desk does not deliver. Told had to go get them. Paid less at other BW's and got better service. Looked out back window to a brick wall 2 feet away. People good. This jem in the rough need some polish.

  Great spot to stop halfway between Palm Springs, CA and Sonoma, CA. Convenient location close to In-N-Out. Rooms are recently updated, super clean and quiet. Breakfast was a nice surprise with a wide variety of items. Would definitely stay again.

  In the middle of nowhere best western hotel was a gem. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is amazing. Price to quality ratio, its right on point. There is also a Tesla charger right next door so it was super convenient. Definitely recommend this spot for travelers.

  Darlene was welcoming, compassionate, cheerful and highly professional. The property was a refurbished motel. There was no elevator and we were able to get a pet friendly room on the first floor, even though the hotel was fully booked. The room was spotless with very nice, very clean furnishings. There was no artwork on the walls. The room had great lighting and a full length mirror. The bathroom was spotless, no hairs anywhere and lots of lovely shower amenities. It wasn’t as spacious as other places I have stayed, but it felt comfortable. The bed was soft and the linens clean and sumptuous. I slept really well. The dog walking areas were clean and well kept. There were many, at least four, well stocked poop bag dispensers with disposal units. The parking lot was big and very well lit. I felt safe walking my little dog. There was a small outdoor pool but it was closed. I did my laundry using the coin operated machines on the second floor. The machines were older models but they worked great and were inexpensive. I was able to complete eight days worth of laundry in less than an hour and a half. The shower was wonderful. There was plenty of hot water and decent water pressure through an adjustable shower head that sang out like a high pitched Yoko Ono. Everyone I met seemed very happy staying here.
