- PLPATRICK LAMBJun 22, 20234.0My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 11 days during our PCS move. We both enjoyed our stay. Great hotel conveniently located on Fort Hunter-Liggett. Clean rooms, complimentary breakfast, free washer and dryer available to customers. The friendly staff continuously works hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay with them again.
- CBClarissa BarceleauMar 17, 20221.0I'm an IHG member. I'm not sure what their cleaning standard or policy is. I was told every 7 days, but housekeeping still comes and changes trash. But, if you leave dirty towels on the floor they leave them there. As a new guest, I didn't have any information on the area, a do not disturb door hanger on any other welcoming items. I asked the front desk and never received it. I then was told in the morning as I was about to shower that they were shutting off the water for plumbing, with no warning the night before. As water was turned backed on my toilet bowl was brown and dirty, I called the front desk for housekeeping to clean it and no one says showed to clean, but housekeeping came and changed my trash. Horrible service...
