  This hotel feels like they try and overcharge you just for existing on their property. Expect to pay $25 parking each night + $20 resort fee. Feels like your not close to anything immediately. Make sure to check your receipts charges and know what your paying going in. Somehow extra charges seem to sneak on your receipt. I will be staying else where as a Diamond member.

  Theresa at the front desk is one of those rare people who can completely change the tone of a hotel stay. Every time I come through, she greets me like an old friend, remembers to ask about my daughter, and somehow manages to make a busy hotel feel personal. During this trip she even went out of her way to extend my checkout so I could freshen up after a morning of client meetings before heading back to the airport. It wasn’t something she had to do—it was simply another example of her looking for ways to help. Hotels are easy to build. Genuine hospitality isn’t. If I managed this property, I’d want every front desk employee to spend a week shadowing Theresa. She represents the kind of service that keeps guests coming back, not because of the rooms or the location, but because of how she makes people feel. Staybridge Suites is fortunate to have her. I hope management recognizes what an asset she is.

  Loved staying at the Staybridge Suites in Irvine. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with a baby and it was spacious. The property is clean and has a nice dining room with a good breakfast spread and nightly social hour. The social hour was our favorite part of our stay with Lupe providing exceptional service. She was welcoming and very personable. Definitely recommend staying at the Suites!

  A really nice hotel for stay with amazing breakfast, evening snack and extremely nice staff. Rubye, one of the staff members at the evening snack bar was extremely nice and eager to help other customers like opening the door for guests to enter who forgot their keys and also offering to grab another guests a new room key in case they need one. I was just witnessing the enthusiasm and kindness happening and immediately wanted to write a good review! Rubye is such an amazing and kind staff member and I hope to see her around!
