  The hotel is nice, location central, the beds and pillow comfortable and the breakfast and staff are all great. A special thanks to Juan Carlos who greeted everyone with a friendly hello while also working quickly to fill breakfast items and cleaning tables.

  This was, by far, the best hotel experience I have ever had! I’ve stayed everywhere from roadside motels to five-star resorts, and Staybridge Suites is at the top of my list. What made it so exceptional wasn’t just the beautiful accommodations or amenities, but the genuine kindness, thoughtfulness, and care of the staff. I came to the hotel unexpectedly after a sewage leak made my home uninhabitable. I was also recovering from surgery and learning to walk again, so relocating under those circumstances was especially challenging. From the very beginning, the staff made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. The first manager I met (I believe her name was Sandra) was incredibly sweet and took the time to show me several ADA room options to ensure I could shower safely. She even personally retrieved a non-slip shower mat and shower chair for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant more than she could have known, and it set the tone for my entire stay. As the days went on, I was continually impressed by how thoughtfully the hotel creates a relaxing, welcoming environment. The complimentary happy hours were a wonderful touch, and the breakfast was incredible! The room itself felt like staying at a resort, but with the added convenience of a full-size refrigerator and freezer, which was especially helpful for my ice packs. Whenever something needed attention, maintenance responded quickly to resolve it. One experience, in particular, brought me to tears of gratitude. One morning, I no longer had anyone available to help me, so I wheeled myself to breakfast, unsure how I would manage getting my food. A staff member immediately stepped in, helped me throughout breakfast, continued checking on me, and even wheeled me back afterward. I was so moved that I had tears of joy running down my face. I later learned that this incredibly kind person was Evan, the Director of Sales, who had stepped in to help because the hotel was short-staffed that day. He could have focused on his own responsibilities, but instead, he went above and beyond to care for a guest who needed help. That same spirit of generosity and hospitality was reflected in other team members, including Andres and Rubey, who consistently went out of their way to assist me. Every interaction reinforced how special this hotel truly is. I am deeply grateful to Evan, Andres, Ricardo, Rubey, Sandra (if I have her name correct), and the entire Staybridge Suites team. During a physically and emotionally difficult chapter of my life, they made me feel cared for, welcomed, and genuinely valued. I have stayed at many hotels, but I will remember this experience for a long time. Staybridge Suites has set a new standard for hospitality, and I have already been recommending it to everyone I know. If management reads these reviews, please know what an incredible team you have. Their kindness made a lasting difference in my life, and they deserve to be recognized for it!

  I’ve stayed at hotels all over Irvine, but this was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a great experience! We booked a king suite with a pullout couch for the kids, and the room came with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator and stove. It was spacious and convenient for a family stay. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. They serve a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, and other options. Breakfast starts around 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. on weekends, with coffee available as well. The pool was fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it! Although there’s no hot tub, the hotel offers plenty of other activities, including a basketball court, Frisbee, and cornhole. There’s plenty to keep the kids entertained! I also believe the hotel offers a happy hour Monday through Wednesday. Unfortunately, we didn’t arrive until Thursday, so we didn’t get a chance to experience it. That’s something we’ll have to check out on our next visit! Parking was great, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is close to Tustin, with a movie theater, shopping, and Costco just down the street. Even better, Disneyland is only about a 15-minute drive away, making this a great option for families planning a Disney trip. Overall, this hotel has everything you could want for a family getaway: comfortable accommodations, a full kitchen, complimentary breakfast, a fantastic pool, fun activities for the kids, and a convenient location close to shopping and Disneyland. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting the Irvine area, and we’ll absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip!

  We stayed at this hotel for about 15 days. The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was served on time with a wide variety of options. Dinner was complimentary for three days, and the room included a small kitchen where you could prepare your own meals. The manager was very pleasant, and the housekeeping staff was also very helpful.

  We had a two part stay. First visit we had to switch rooms each night. 1st night - we paid for a king suite they put us in a room with a queen bed 2nd night- the room lock didnt work 2nd visit- we had to wait for our room to be inspected by housekeeping. When we got to our room there were 2 used disposable contacts on the bathroom counter right next to the faucet and my husband killed 2 cockroaches in the kitchen. So much for inspecting the room for cleanliness!! As a side note, don't stay in the x25 rooms, unless elevator noise puts you to sleep. Once you hear it you can't unhear it. We had previously stayed here 3 years ago and had a great experience, so this has been a huge disappointment.
