  Christina at the front desk has made me night 1000x better. I had to book a room last minute and she was able to accommodate me ❤️ You are a blessing Christina! Will definitely come again! P.s. Rooms are great and clean, including the bathrooms!

  I stayed at Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura from June 27 to June 28, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. After a long day, the last thing I expected was to arrive and deal with unclean sheets and an unsanitary room. The bed had dirty sheets when I entered, which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The bathroom toilet also kept flushing on its own throughout my stay, creating constant noise, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the room. I went downstairs and spoke with Diego at the front desk to explain the situation and request another room. I was told there were no other rooms available, but the way the situation was handled made me feel as though my concerns were not taken seriously. I do want to recognize Iris, who later came to the room, apologized, took pictures of the dirty sheets for documentation, and immediately replaced them with clean ones. She handled the situation with professionalism and showed the level of customer service I expected from the beginning. While I appreciate Iris’ efforts, the overall experience was affected by the condition of the room, the maintenance issue, the odor, and the initial response from the front desk. I hope management reviews housekeeping and customer service procedures to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue. #BestWestern #CustomerService #HotelReview

  Its ok hotel, not that good. The advantage is that its 15 min walk from meyro station, 10 min from walk of fame. The rooms are good, beds are ok. Its motel type hotel. Holiday Inn and hilton inn are adjacent hotels. Parking is available.

  I read the reviews and thought the noise levels that many indicated was probably not bad… but I heard it. While the main street is right there, the noise was mainly in the am and not sure if it was the cleaners or other guests but I heard like wheels every so often right outside, which sucks when you are trying to sleep in and are waken up at 6am. Additionally, the room (although “non-smoking”) smelled like cigarettes, parking was an additional $30 dollars. To be completely honest, when you are just looking for a place to sleep after a concert or a full day of fun in Hollywood, it does the job!

  We could complain but there was honestly nothing Rooms clean and what you expect. The hotel is more of a motel but that was nice for us to experience. The location was closed to strip and also far enough away. Only mild complaint is that they get the Aircon quieter.
