  Rooms are cleaned properly and they are comfortable. The staff if very helpful. Breakfast is good. They have different options but they need more fruits. We made the mistake of taking a room on the first floor. The window faces the back of the parking lot. People from the street go in there and they make a big mess yelling to the top of their lungs late at night. They woke us up a few times. It seems the hotel doesn't do anything about it (?).

  Check-in was quick and easy, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient, right off the interstate in Hesperia. Once I got to the room, though, I remembered why I hadn’t chosen to stay here again. The hotel and rooms feel a little dated, and the overall atmosphere just isn’t quite what I prefer when traveling for work. My biggest complaint is that there is no coffee maker in the room, which is a pretty basic amenity I expect in a hotel. Also, the bathroom door will not stay open, which sounds minor but gets annoying quickly. The staff was pleasant and the location is convenient, but the rooms could definitely use some updating and a few basic improvements.

  Rating: 3/5 Never stayed in holiday inn before and will most likely not come back again. Cons: - Charging guest $30 to check in early even though the room is already ready seems a bit greedy. - Mini fridge was leaking as soon as we checked in our room. We let staff know and had to remind them again to have maintenance come in and check . Took a couple of hours for them to just switch fridge out. - Walls are incredibly thin. Could hear kid running upstairs for hours and can hear people opening and closing doors all day . ( Not good if you are a light sleeper) Pros: - breakfast is free and was good . Good options from 7am -11am - clean and nice shower. - parking was easy - lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

  Awesome location customer service was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean. Great location. The pool was indoor with a sauna.

  The room was clean, and the furniture looked to be in good condition. The mini-fridge (the taller type) had plenty of room in it. The funny thing is, I travel alone, so I leave the bathroom door open for those late-night trips, and this bathroom door was self-closing. Not an issue, just thought it was funny. There is a nice little store for snacks in the lobby, and at IHG, there is a decent hot or cold breakfast with a pancake machine. There is plenty of free parking and a complete shopping center right across the main street, including restaurants. I travel through here a lot, so I will certainly be back.
