  I trusted the Holiday Inn brand but maybe the express version is not what i expected. The lobby is... not what i expected. Wrong color scheme and design. Desk agent was polite and professional. The room was standard with some flaws. Cable tv channels ordered poorly based on digital broadcast format. The in-room coffee machine is literally unusable due to it's position and cord. I dont know why it is there. I wish i had stayed at the Courtyard.

  Clean quiet off hwy 1/2 mile bit quiet. Huge rooms good parking. Bed soft Shower a bit too intense standard breakfast

  I spent 2 nights at this hotel, It’s a great location because it’s close to the shopping center. It’s my second time coming here. The first time was overall a good experience. But this past day there was an issue there wasn’t enough food handed out. The two times I came down to serve myself I had asked a lady there called Vanessa if they were going to do refills on the food and she had no response. I don’t like how I was attended.

  Me and my family stayed on April 25th for my daughters birthday she loves to stay in hotels she loves to swim but sadly that day was super windy that’s why we decided to book here because of the indoor pool which it was ok just a lot of bleach on the jacuzzi ended with a bad cough, any ways while we where checking in an older gentle man mind you he was a veteran he fought for this country, well like I said it was super windy as he was loading his lugged into the cart he turn around to get something from his passenger seat when the wind blew the cart away hitting someone’s car not sure if he is like a supervisor for a couple hotel, so this guy goes and checks out his car to see if their was any damage and the old guy comes after him apologizing that the cart flew away and hit the car but this guy didn’t care started calling him out his name which is very unprofessional of him if he says he represents this hotel, he could’ve handled it better I don’t know what he wanted the old man to do but he wouldn’t have been able to catch the cart from going he was using a walker, so another customer help try to get it but for me that ruin my whole mood for that day.
