  Awesome location customer service was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean. Great location. The pool was indoor with a sauna.

  The room was clean, and the furniture looked to be in good condition. The mini-fridge (the taller type) had plenty of room in it. The funny thing is, I travel alone, so I leave the bathroom door open for those late-night trips, and this bathroom door was self-closing. Not an issue, just thought it was funny. There is a nice little store for snacks in the lobby, and at IHG, there is a decent hot or cold breakfast with a pancake machine. There is plenty of free parking and a complete shopping center right across the main street, including restaurants. I travel through here a lot, so I will certainly be back.

  This has to be the worst Holiday Inn ever and I've stayed at many, traveling for work. I had the king suite, it was right across from the elevator and ice machine, that's all you hear ALL night. It's so loud. All the people getting off the elevator and they're not quiet. The room has no lighting, so once it gets dark outside, so does the room. I stayed 3 nights and not one time was my room serviced. The floors in all parts of the hotel are dirty. I didn't go to the breakfast area, so I can't speak on that, but there were always so many people hoovering in the dining area. The business section (computers) were broken the entire stay. The hotel breaks of bug spray. Come on IHG do better.
