- DDDottieJun 29, 20263.0Other than the carpet being gross which most likely lent to the rooms awful smell, it was clean enough. Bring your slippers. Bed was comfortable and staff was very nice. Bathroom is pretty small, but doable. I appreciated they didn't try to cover the awful smell with room deodorants like another place we stayed in recently.

- SCSandra CanezJun 17, 20261.0Checked in Sunday morning. 3 night stay. First room toilet was broken. 2 days without a working toilet. Had to go to front desk and ask to be moved. Had to move our disabled son in a wheelchair with his supplies and all of our suitcases. Front desk management said they would give a discount due to all the issues. Never happened. The front desk staff push you off to a supervisor that never follows through. What a way to treat your reward members.
