  I sleep approximately 25 nights a year in hotels, if you're used to staying at super 8, this hotel will be great, if you use the staying at, the hampton, Holiday inn express, Hyatt house, or Hyatt place, this hotel will be a huge disappointment. Management This Holiday inn Express is below average, it feels like its manager just does not care or is managed by some kind of business group someone who does not actually care about a hotel. It must be managed by someone who asks what is the minimum amount that we have to do. And you see this absolutely everywhere at this location. There's little store at the front of the hotel, but they have a huge mess because it has virtually nothing in it, if you need bars for $6, what is the manager who care would pack the full of all kinds of different things like, a small dinner that you can buy for too much money, a razor or a toothbrush that you can overpay for. Same thing when you go to breakfast, over the four days that I was there, there was yogurt one morning. It was empty and sad other than that, I forgot a toothbrush, I went to the front if they had one for sale, they said no but we have one for free. After several minutes they could not find one, they said that the manager forgot to order new ones. I ask for room service, they forgot to come... I talked to them as those people, they are good people, but under staffed. Room The bathroom door opened the wrong way, it was a left hand door, and I should have been a right hand door, and so when you opened it you could not get to the sink. The shower curtain was hung a few inches too high and so the shower curtain would not seal against the tub. There is no one to the sink, underwater all the way to the hot it would just turn off. Staff I'm at several people on staff, and they were amazing. Calling I called the hotel before I came, and whoever I got on the phone was terrible. In a lot of ways kind of ruined my trip. I asked them is there any rooms with two queen beds and a pull-out couch, they told me to ask when I got there, I asked if they had a rollaway bed, they hung up on my phone call. Breakfast Breakfast was 90% as good as an average Holiday inn Express. Clean The hotel is basically clean. Yes, there are a few things cleaner, but overall pretty good. Overall I would try to find a different hotel, if I cannot find anything else, I guess I would stay here again.

  I will never book with this hotel again. The room was mostly clean (found hair in the shower). The wall are paper thin, we had trouble sleeping because someone outside was blasting music and it sounded like it might as well had been in our room. The breakfast was also decent enough. Beyond that is where we had issues. I had booked a room for 2 nights. We were driving up from SoCal, so we called multiple times (including the day of) to let them know that we would be arriving past midnight. They always reassured us that that was ok and all the booking and website said was that people could check in starting at 3pm (nothing about when check in is supposed to end). We got our room and our parking permit with the end date being the day we were supposed to leave. In the morning, the cleaning staff came to our room under the belief that it was empty. We spoke to the front desk about it and we were told that our reservation had been canceled because we did not check in by midnight (because the hotel supposedly has a policy of canceling your reservation if you don't check in by midnight) and that we needed to be out of the room by noon because someone else had reserved it. I had not received any call or email saying my reservation had been canceled. Also no where on the website or on my confirmation email or the staff that we talked to mentioned this "policy". Mind you we were there for a concert, so accommodations were limited as many other people had traveled for that same concert. Having our room cancelled would have essentially left us on the streets for the night. The staff offered no remedy, they only repeatedly told us that we needed to be out by noon. No sympathy was shown for the fact that we were now out of accommodations. We told them they needed to figure something out repeating that we had been reassured by their own staff that it was ok to arrive past midnight. We had to waste time stressing and waiting for them to figure it out limiting what we were able to do during our short trip. In the end the manager said we were ok to stay the night (that I had already paid for), but our experience had already been ruined.

  Very busy location with lots of traffic. Not alot of options for meals.

  They are short staffed so service lags rooms are super
